I could not be happier with Zuckerman Jewelers and more specifically Anna Zuckerman! I went to Anna with a picture of the ring my girlfriend wanted, a budget, and when I wanted the ring done by and she took care of everything. Anna was very professional and straightforward in picking out the diamond, the prices, the quality, and her personal opinions. My fiancé loves what Anna designed and so do I. I highly recommend her.

Had my engagement diamond put back in its original setting. They changed the mount without asking me (which changed the low profile and elegant setting of the diamond, making it sit up high and look completely different) and then charged me $ 150+ after quoting me something much less.

Zuckerman gets two stars solely for the nice young woman that greeted my son and I when we came in. She deserves four, but this review is for the business.
I came in to have links on a new medical bracelet adjusted. A couple was having a watch looked at by the jeweler in front of me so we told the young woman that we would be happy to wait. A few minutes later the young woman told the jeweler that we were waiting and the reason for the visit. The jeweler, without asking to see my bracelet, told her that they could only take links out of watch bands, not bracelets???. I asked her what the difference is between my bracelet, which is made exactly like a watch band, and a watch band. She said she didn’t know and the jeweler restated his inability to take links out of bracelets. He never even asked to look at it. Whatever.
The woman suggested that we go to the Bayshore location and I told her that the reason I have the bracelet means that I can’t drive and that we rode our bikes 30 minutes to come to this store, and were unable to go to Bayshore. No dice, this did not move the jeweler to look at my item.
We went across the street to Eastowne Jewelers, and lo, they adjusted it within 5 minutes. Great and fast service there. I have now found a good, local jeweler.
Funny, my wife had trouble with a ring adjustment at Zuckerman similar to the other review.

Just stay away. There are much better jewelry stores with much better owners around Milwaukee.

WOW… let me count the ways they can screw you when you get a ring fixed. I went in there Monday to ask to get my wedding ring set fixed and cleaned. It needed an entire new mount and it needed to be cleaned and new rhodium since it was white gold. They quoted me at $ 200 for JUST the head… and then went on to tell me that it needed new white gold put in (I told them that is how it was). As beautiful as their items are, I am sure I could get get the same beautiful pieces at a different jewelers for SO MUCH less expensive.
