Came in on a Friday night. Was extremely impressed with Kevin and all of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back for all our other phone and accessory needs!

I agree with the other reviews. This is a terrible Verizon store, but all the other Verizon stores that I’ve been to were even worse! If you live in Mentor this is still the best Verizon Store. The thing I would like to stress the most is to get whatever quote in writing! I also was quoted a much lower price, and was really mad when I saw the billing. I did manage to get the billing lowered, but it was extremely frustrating! I had a salesperson that went on and on about how much she knows, and told me to call her whenever I needed help. When I needed help she never answered my calls. Next time I go into the store for my upgrade believe me I will be more prepared for all of this nonsense!!!

I went to the Verizon store to see if I could upgrade my old iPhone 4 for the iPhone 6. I knew there was such thing as early edge but I knew nothing about it. Not knowing what to expect, I walked into the store where a nice man took my info. I waited to be helped and was so glad I got helped by Lisa. She was so personable and helped me make the smartest decision on how to get the iPhone 6. She didn’t push me into buying anything under pressure but she gave me great advice. If you are going to the Mentor Verizon store, ask to be helped by Lisa! She is awesome!

I’m a pretty easy going and forgiving guy. But this Verizon store has compelled me to create a Unilocal account and give it a review. Recently stopped in with a family member to upgrade phones. The whole process went smoothly. That is until our bill arrived. Twice as much what we were quoted and containing charges for things we were told were free. We were also lied to about many other things. Upon returning to the store for clarification, we were greeted with downright nastiness. Customer service is downright pathetic and the weasel salesman is a downright piece of you know what. He deceived us and lied to us after he assured us we would be getting what we agreed to. I don’t know if I’m allowed to name names here but I sure would like to warn everyone that he is a bag of scum. Taking advantage of someone for a few dollars in commission so you can hit your numbers and further your awesome career as a cell phone salesman is pretty sweet. Please be more prepared than we were for the lying and cheating!

I don’t know if it is just this verizon store but the customer service is terrible. Everytime I go in there is about a 30 minute wait. And usually there will be about 4 or 5 employees just standing around not helping any customers. They customer service is very bad and everything is overpriced especially the accessories. It seems the prices for the phones are also better online.

I absolutely HATE going to Verizon stores. I’m not sure what it is, but I always leave extremely irritated and frustrated. Maybe it’s the wait, maybe it’s the strange«check in» process, maybe it’s the arrogant workers or maybe it’s the amount of things they type into that computer when you are only requesting the smallest of things. I’m not sure, but it sucks. My last experience was no different. I was there for about 20 minutes waiting, then another 20 while the guy fiddled with my phone and then announced«I don’t know what to tell you». Really? is that your customer service? He then wound up calling tech support who fixed it in under 5. I also inquired about differences in prices between carriers and instead of telling me what they offer versus others, he simply said that different carriers have different prices. Guess I’ll go with the less expensive carrier then idiot!
