Just awful. We had a new bedroom set on order and ordered the mattress and box spring through original mattress factory before furniture arrived. I had no idea that our set did not need the box spring because I had never actually seen it in person. When both were delivered original mattress factory wouldn’t take the box springs back because that is their policy. Even the following day. $ 500 down the drain. Disgusting.
