Business Owner

Francis P. (Frank) Manning is a Licensed Attorney in the State of Ohio with ability to practice law in Ohio State Courts, The United States Federal District Courts and The United States Supreme Court. Frank has been a partner in his practice since 1992. Frank’s area of practice is concentrated in Business Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate Law and Civil Litigation.

Frank graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1990 and served as Senior Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review in his last year. Frank was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University in 1983 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting.

Frank practiced Public Accounting, before going to law school and opening Manning & Manning Co. LPA.
