An unexpected gem! This hole-in-the-wall, strip mall mostly take-out restaurant was a real surprise. The food was perfectly cooked, fresh from nice fresh, if ordinary ingredients. We had the inexpensive lunch specials, Hunan shrimp and General tso’s chicken. Both were fresh made and delicious, without the gloppy sauces or grease typical of this genre of Chinese restaurant. The Hunan shrimp featured a nice flavor of black beans and enough heat to be interesting. Even the complementary wonton soup was tasty. Well worth a stop if you have to go to the mall.
