I went here for the first time today ever. The guy taking the money in line was very nice. The guy telling you to put it in neutral and to keep your hands off the wheel and the brake was horrible! Mind you I’ve never been here before so I had no idea how it worked he told me to put it in neutral, keep your hands off the brakes and the steering wheel… I didn’t at first and he said you got your hands on the wheel and Shouted at me… «you got your foot on the brake! … I put my hands in the air and said» I’ve never been here before.“I had no idea there was a track under the tires going to take me through… I didn’t want to hit the car in front of me I thought I was rolling forward he told me again to keep my hands off and feet off brake… which is fine BUT he then said «Relax, It’s not rocket science!»…what complete jerk!!! I can’t believe how unprofessional he was!!!

Went for an oil change and ended up leaving and needing more done to my vehicle. The person who checked all of my fluids broke the cap for my rear diff fluid and never said anything. I have been leaking fluid and now need it completely changed. I won’t get get an oil change from them again, I will only go to them for car washes.

Just had two headlights replaced… Fast and friendly service. The techs (Lawrence and James) remembered me and even our last conversation! There’s always a great crew ready to help.

I usually go to scrub a dub on west allis which is top notch. Here they recently went from national to local ownership under the Sudz name but still honor scrub a dub coupons. Great service. Quick and competent. It really is about the little things too. Dog treats available for my little doggies and complimentary bottles of water for my wife and I while waiting for service to be completed help enhance the service. Free vacuums with 2 different nozzles after your car wash help add to the value of the experience.

I have used Scrub-​A-​Dub for both car washes and oil changes for almost two years. I have never had a single issue with them. They have gone out of their way to provide good customer service. The very best part is that I got both of my cars emissions test here. It was done in 10 min. The car washes are great, even the the $ 4 wash does a very nice job and you get a free vacuume with it!

I have been here at least 30 times for oil changes for my truck and wifes car. I have never experienced the same problems Craig mentioned in the other review. I will say the one time I went to Midas next door I had those issues and question if they did something funky to my wifes car because I left with a rubbing noise coming out of the right front after an oil change and tire rotation and all that servicing (oil change + tire rotation) only took them 1 and half hours.
At Scrub a Dub on the other hand I pull in they change the oil, fill the tires and fluids and I am usually done in 10 to 15 minutes without having to get out of my car. I give them the coupon that I print off before going in and the total is $ 29.00. I will say when I first moved here that the total used to be like $ 24 something but for the added convenience I dont really care. The only thing that could make this place better is if they included tire rotation but since they use pits I dont foresee this happening.
After the oil change I usually use my free car wash and then the free vacuums on the other side.
For under 30 bucks to get an oil change, fluid top off, car wash, and free use of there nice vacuums I feel is a pretty good deal. Sure you can get the same service at Woodmans for 24 after tax but a car wash and free vacuuming is definitely worth an extra $ 5.00 to me.
I also see they are now offering $ 20 unlimited washes per month. I think I will probably do this as my new black SUV is constantly covered in road salt in the winter and I like to keep it looking good.

Stopped by there to get my oil and filter changed and brought a coupon with me. The attendant asked me what I wanted and I gave him the coupon and said I wanted this — which was a basic oil and filter change. He then proceeded to try to sell me a more expensive oil change with synthetic oil and when that didn’t work tried very hard to sell me on a transmission oil and filter change with synthetic oil (my vehicle only had about 30,000 miles on it). He was such a real nuisance that I left without the oil and filter change I came in for.
Avoid this place and you will avoid the hard up sell to services you don’t need.
