Didn’t have the beer i sought(Tommyknocker Butthead Bock), but they had a fairly wide selection of beers, wine, booze. For beers, they seemed to be big on bottles, light on cans, which is a concern to me as cans keep fresh beer fresher. One of these days, and I hope it is soon, craft brewers will offer cans more often…

I found the selection of wine, beer and whiskey exceptional. The prices were great and the staff was very helpful. One drawback was the«know it all» beer guy(sharp dressed), when I asked for a beer similar to those of from west Michigan, like Founders or Bells, he scoffed at me. I took his recommendation for a hopped beer from Wisconsin… it might be the worst beer I’ve had all year.

Ottos has joined the 21st century and now has a computerized checkout system — so no more waiting for clerks to thumb through dog eared notebooks for prices!

My wife went today to Otto’s Liquor in Menomonee Falls. She spent about $ 250.00(yes — having a party) and even though there were three younger men in the check out area(workers) NOONE offered to help load the items into the car! The store was not busy — and thankfully another customer coming into the store offered to help her loading the purchase. By the way, we are not real young people. I will avoid this store in the future for their total lack of service.

Spacious liquor store and more at it’s best! Otto’s is a great place in the land of crappy alcohol selling facilities. Menomonee Falls has an abundance of liquor stores /beverage centers, but none compare to Otto’s. This place has everything including a huge wine selection. A lot of the grocery stores around the area have your normal selection of beer(Miller, Coors, Bud, etc.). You don’t have to be very special to have those. Otto’s has these, plus many other micro-brews. They have every size of just about every hard alcohol you can possibly think of. One of the places that carries the 1.75 of Jäger(and that makes me happy). This place is equivalent to Discount Liquor in Waukesha in selection and variety. It beats out the good ‘ol DL in space, organization, and isle width. Oh yeah, and you don’t have to deal with the stupid carts that have one working wheel. Highly recommended and now that I live in the Falls, I will most likely become a regular.
