This place saved my Wedding day! After dealing with awful customer service through Martinizing. The owner was able to press my wedding dress and my bridemaids dresses in 1 week, instead of 3 weeks like Martinizing told me.

I can’t believe that they are still in business — and that people put up with them.
Here’s what I have experienced:
Lost items: shirts, pants, coats.
Broken button: shirts, pants
One time I went there to pick up my dry cleaning and the cashier said that she didn’t know how to work the cash register and asked if I would come back another time.
