Trinity Pre-School At Parish Hall

Our three year-​old son attends Trinity preschool in the ECP3s group. We love it! The teachers are phenomenal, and clearly have a solid understanding of early childhood education. They send out a blog post every day with detailed stories about what the kids learned that day, how they interacted, what kinds of adventures and explorations they had. The posts always include dozens of pictures; it’s great to see visuals of what your kid is doing throughout the day! We love the small class size (there are 11 kids in our son’s class), and the loving and caring approach the teachers take. They take cues from the children on where to direct their next lessons, which I love. For example, one week the kids all seemed really into pretending to be monsters. Picking up on that, the teachers designed subsequent activities around this interest in monsters. They filled the bookshelves with monster books, had the kids make monster masks, and had the kids paint outlines of their bodies to look like monsters. Our son loved it. Every day they took their «monster» exploration a bit deeper. It’s been so great to watch our son blossom and be so excited about learning and about going to school. Trinity feels very much like a community — the parents all know each other, and everyone participates in the school community. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
