Specialties

All skill levels (ages 8 – 90) are welcome!

Founder/Instructor Pierce Peter Brandt offers Voice Lessons and Performance Coaching.

* Voice Lessons (primarily for males only) for singers interested in singing musical theater, standards, pop, and light rock. Lessons focus on enhancing the beauty and individuality of your true, natural voice, and on training you to use your voice with versatility, ease, and endurance, without tension or discomfort. You will work on proper breathing technique, using your whole body as your instrument, and working through any vocal problems and/or bad habits you may have. When appropriate, voice lessons also include Performance Coaching (see below). In Menlo Park: $ 30 for introductory half-hour consultation; $ 60 for 30-min lesson; $ 85 for 45 mins; $ 100 for 1 hour. For Voice Lessons in San Francisco, add $ 10 to these rates.

* Performance Coaching (private sessions, workshops, master classes) focuses on the art of song acting, auditioning, and performance for musical theater. The best singers are also great actors who can put words to music and captivate an audience with their story. Bring in your audition songs (and cuts) and work with a Broadway pro to take your auditions to a new level of excellence. Add new songs to your repertoire or build a new one. This work will skyrocket your confidence and your auditions and performances! In Menlo Park: $ 85/hr. In San Francisco: $ 95/hr. Discount packages available.
