I am so thankful that Dr. Boucher is my dentist! He is extremely gentle and very meticulous in everything he does, including matching crowns and performing root canals! Everyone in his office is cheerful, which is great, and I actually look forward to my appointments there. I’m so fortunate that my friend recommended him!

Dr. Boucher and his team have been my dentist for two decades. They have taken extremely good care of me plus dozens of my friends, family members, and employees. They are nice, friendly, sympathetic, extremely customer service-​oriented, and of course, great at dentistry.

I had a very good dentist in Menlo Park (Dr. Eggers) but he sold his practice and retired, so I had to find a new dentist. I went to Unilocal and searched around and found Dr. Boucher. I mainly look at the ratings, it’s pretty basic. I figured 20 people with 5 stars was a good start. I was very happy I went. First, Dr. Boucher’s staff were really great– they are cheerful and helpful and they squeezed me in at the last minute for an emergency repair. Their office is very clean and modern with modern equipment, etc. and has a good positive energy to it. (I had actually called a couple other places and they were «not currently accepting patients», and by their tone, I was happy I didn’t go to them.) I was very happy I found Dr. Boucher. He is very personable and easy going, he’s friendly, and very professional. He fixed my crown quickly and easily. He was also careful about not causing any pain (I’m perfectly ok with dentists, drilling noises, etc., but sometimes it hurts when they hit a nerve and he was very careful– even apologetic– when he did. If you’re looking for good bedside manner, Dr. Boucher is great.) I’ve been to lots of dentists over the years (including the one who made the faulty crown that broke, which Dr. Boucher fixed) and I can confidently say that Dr. Boucher is great. If you’re looking for a great dentist you can’t go wrong with Dr. Boucher and his staff, you’ll be in very good hands.

I am not one of those people who typically have anxiety about going to the dentist. But, after learning the hard way, I am very picky about who I let provide my dental care. It took me a while to find a new dentist after relocating to the Bay Area. After a thorough search and recommendations from friends, I decided to go with Dr. Boucher. The care that he and his staff provide is truly second to none! The atmosphere was great and I couldn’t ask for a better care team! Highly recommended, thank you!

Dr. Boucher is simply the best dentist there is. He really knows what he’s doing and is incredibly good at his craft. More important that just mastering dentistry, Dr. Boucher connects with his patients. He spends the time learning what our concerns are and what we care about. He uses this to make us feel comfortable and prioritize what work we may need done and how best to do it.
His entire office gets 5 stars too. From routine cleanings, X-​Rays, to scheduling. It’s all 5 stars.
Did I mention his sense of humor? I actually look forward to going to the dentist because I actually have a good time there.

Dr. Boucher and the entire team are great! They are professional and courteous and are great communicators. Also the dental office environment is comfortable and modern, which I really appreciate.

Dr. Boucher & all of his staff are WONDERFUL! From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, you feel like you are at a spa more than a dentist office! Everyone is friendly and professional and they make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Boucher is extremely knowledgable, gentle and honest! I was told by another DDS that I needed about $ 3,500 in work. Dr. Boucher examined me and the digital xrays and determined that I didn’t need ANY of the work the other DDS told me I did! He did however find a very small cavity – which happened to be my first at age 39 :(Needless to say, I was a little scared. He has a great bedside manner. I didn’t feel a thing when he filled it. I highly recommend Dr. Boucher!

After having tried MANY other dentists for years with varying degrees of satisfaction, I can confidently say that Dr. Boucher and his hygienists have consistently been superlative.
From basic cleaning to emergency dental issues, Dr. Boucher and his staff have been exceptionally responsive and effective with their treatment. He and his staff are current with state-​of-​the-​craft technology and procedures.

I travel 20+ miles (here in this super-​metro area with countless dentists) for the benefit of his services.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in three years so I booked an appt. with Dr. Boucher. His staff are caring and professional. He did an excellent job with a replacement crown and three fillings. He fixed a problem that I kind of was aware of and explained it well. His office is convenient with plenty of parking. Also I was able to use my employee flexible spending account money no problem.

Dr. Boucher and his team are amazing, I have decided to travel to Northern
California for my families dental work, as he is so honest and gives the highest quality dental work. Dr. Boucher is very conservative and really wants people to have the best possible dental care, not just earn a quick buck. I can’t say how valuable it is to have a dentist who really advocates for his patients. Dr. Boucher understands that we (patients) are trusting him with his dental expertise, he is a man of integrity and honor and will not sell you on expensive procedures to line his pockets. He is always educating himself on the latest dental break through and has the nicest equipment available. Thanks Dr. Boucher for all your honest advice and excellent dental work. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Boucher for over 25 years! I must say my teeth look fantastic.
I have had crowns, invisaline, chips on my front tooth fixed, bleaching and dental cleaning every six months, and I still love Doug!

I am a fearful and sensitive patient. Dr. Doug and his team are gentle, patient sensitive and accommodating of my issues. For example they have music and headsets. They teach you how to improve brushing habits, and are always friendly. They start on time, u r often in and out in an hr. They give u the best care out there without requiring extras like white trays, x rays or other things each time u go. They only do things as needed so in other words they do x rays and stuff but only as needed. I hate the dentist like most people but always leave feeling clean. Also since I have to go to the dentist Ill go to Dr. Doug and associates.
Also they treat you like a friend from the onset, you can book appointments online, or call. After each appointment they send you a survey which means if there is an issue (not likely) they will fix it. The front end staff knows you by name. My only complaint is they often book well in advance but its on;y b/​c they are a cut above the rest. The office location is also in prime Menlo Park with ample 2 free two hr parking.

Dr. Boucher has been our family dentist for over 19 years, helping us maintain good oral hygiene, explaining procedures and exhibiting compassion, understanding and intelligence. I would recommend Dr. Boucher for anyone who wants the latest in personal dental care and procedures combined with caring, sensitivity, humor and smarts.

Thanks to Unilocal,I found Dr. Boucher! He and his staff are very friendly and informative. Dr. Boucher is a really cool guy and I enjoyed chatting with him about ‘cougar night at The Rosewood Hotel lounge’. =P He has all of the latest and greatest ‘toys’ in his office (ones my last dentist didn’t have). He zoomed in on my digital x-​rays to point out calculus, explain the work needed to be done and used a laser instrument to detect cavities. He even took a picture of a tooth that had a missing filling!
The cleaning was a bit painful — I’m not a big fan of that vibrating instrument Beth used. =/​Overall, it was a great experience and my teeth feel nice and clean.

Wow! Who would ever be fearful of a dentist?
I haven’t been to a dentist in over 3 years, so it was a pleasure to walk into Dr. Boucher’s office today.
The staff is small, extremely friendly and personable. I have never been to a dentist like it (Thank you fellow Unilocalers for the recommendation). I would definitely recommend his services to anyone, especially if you prefer a dentist that *KNOWS* what he’s talking about, and he doesn’t hold back any concerns or issues he discovers. After all, you only have one mouth for the rest of your life, so if having a nice set of teeth with a beautiful smile is your goal, Dr. Boucher is your guy.

I couldn’t believe how helpful Dr. Boucher was for my initial exam!
He was very thorough and explained everything to me using x-​rays and pictures taken of my mouth. I have been looking for a good dentist, and have been through a couple that don’t really explain anything to me. Finally I have found one that is truley good at what he does. its such a relief…

Dr. Boucher has been my dentist since before I had teeth… literally. My mother has been using his services since he started his practice in Menlo Park. From the stories she told me, she took me in once to see him when I still only had gums, and after taking a look he told her that I was lucky because I’d never need braces, and had perfect teeth.
Having never needed braces growing up, and having had perfect dental care for 26 years, I highly recommend Dr. Boucher.
His entire staff is courteous and professional, from the receptionist to his dental hygienists. After every cleaning, Dr. Boucher always personally comes in to check if the cleaning meets his standards.
My one and only complaint about Dr. Boucher is that he’s going to end up retiring someday before I’ll be done needing his services. Not looking forward to that.
