Omg!!! On the hottest day ever, my ac went out. After browsing on Unilocal,while slowly melting, I came across Rain and Shine! Bryan and Steven came down in a blink of an eye and explained everything to me. They fixed my ac very quick and now it works! They were very nice to my daughter and 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

Today, our water heater, well, tanked. Fortunately I had the smarts to call Rain or Shine Plumbing and the luck to get Steven. He was very professional, and even though it was late in the day, agreed to do the water heater swap. We’re very thankful to have hot water tonight, and will definitely call Rain or Shine again because of the service.

We recently had Rain or Shine out to service our system. it was the first time it had ever been serviced. Beto was our technician and he was great. He checked everything out first before starting any work so he could provide the right information. He was honest and eager to share his knowledge about what exactly needed to be done and what did not. Once we decided on what would be done he was very quick and made sure that everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Rain or Shine and Beto.

My friend referred me to Rain or Shine after they had fixed her air conditioner last summer. She told me she had a great experience with them, very professional and honest company. So I gave them a call, the person who answered the phone was courteous and friendly and told me they could have someone out to my house within the hour! Steven arrived about 40 minutes later and began working on my ac, he presented my options and walked me through them. I didn’t feel pressured into anything which was nice and professional! I contacted several Heating and Air Conditioning companies for estimates to move my AC unit from the rear of my house to the west side. I called Rain or Shine and Carlos arrived and estimated the job saving me a few hundred dollars from the competitors. Carlos came out and did an excellent job moving the AC unit.
On March 16^th, 2015, I contacted Carlos to advise there was a problem with the unit. Carlos came out within a couple days and checked the equipment. Carlos found the problem and fixed it. He didn’t even charge me! He did notify me a line was damaged by another contruction crew I had working on my backyard. Instead of arguing about it, Carlos didn’t hesitate to fix the problem.

Carlos from Rain or Shine Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is the most dedicated guy I’ve ever used to service my rental properties! And with 18 rental units, I’ve used quite a few people before. I had a bad leak in one of my rental properties and my property manager called Carlos to help stop the leak before the flooding get any worse. Carlos not only showed up quickly to stop the leak, he also went out of his way to recommend a restoration company, help coordinate the effort with the restoration effort, worked with them to make sure the the site was ready for the insurance adjuster, guided me on how to deal with the insurance company and what to tell them to make sure they pay for the damage, and helped me find another handyman that can do the restoration at a good price once the insurance adjuster visited the site. I had a bad experience with the insurance company last time where they blamed the whole leak on me and didn’t pay a penny; this time, I followed Carlos’ advice and the whole experience with the insurance company went without a hitch! They’re actually paying for the whole thing without much push-​back! I’ll definitely use Carlos for all future heating, cooling and plumbing jobs!

I needed a complete change out of my HVAC system including the ductwork. After comparing prices with 3 companies, including one big-​name store with incentives and rebates, Rain or Shine beat their prices by a few thousand dollars for a quality system. Beto and his crew were considerate, respectful and helpful. They got the complete job done in one day, and the system has been working great. Months later on a hot Saturday, the air conditioner stopped. Beto made time to get over and check on the problem the same day. It turns out the filter was clogged (and I thought I changed the filter often enough, but it was really dirty), which froze the system. All that was needed was a new filter. Beto did not even charge for a service call.
I also had Rain and Shine change out my hot water heater, and do a HVAC tune up and cleaning service for my other house. Again, they gave better prices than the big store and a local small business. The work was done efficiently, and courteously.
I am happy to have found a heating, cooling, and plumbing company that I can count on to be fair, friendly, honest and thorough. I will continue to use Rain and Shine.

Needed our AC serviced before the summer heat hit us. Called them Monday morning looking to set something up later in the day, or later in the week. Asked me to call back when I got off work and so I did. Called at about 2:15 and was able to get a technician out to our house about 45 minutes later.
Said everything was working just fine, only thing he noticed was the amperage was high as it started up and began to run, recommended a booster for it. We went ahead with it, also got a quote on a new digital thermostat installation which we’ll be doing at another time.
Beto was very friendly, informative and answered all our questions. would definitely recommend them to our friends, neighbors and anyone else looking to have a service done on the AC unit. We try to keep our business local and I’m very glad I found these guys.

Feel like we’ve been duped!
Called Rain or Shine for service on a Thursday and said if we can wait for service on heater for Sat., he would waive his house call fee of $ 65. So he came on Sat. and did a general clean up, vacuuming and adjusted a sensor. Said nothing else seemed to be wrong. He charged us more than double the amount of the house call. we just think he told us he was waiving the house call fee and in fact just overcharged on the call to make up for the supposedly waive of the house call.
