New Hub Auto Service

This establishment is a rip off! I went there to get a front tire alignment December 30^th 2015 on my Toyota Yaris after buying new tires the day before. Drove to Los Angeles and noticed my alignment was still messed up. Returned on the 4^th to get my alignment fixed and low and behold the guy says it’s not my alignment but the bearing and hub that’s making my car pull to the right (never even put my car up to check the alignment). The guy quotes me it’s going to cost around $ 450 to fix it for just the front right wheel. I took my car to Toyota 3 days later to get a second opinion and surprise surprise my alignment was WAY off, and absolutely nothing was wrong with my bearings or hubs! Americas tires recommended this place to me and that’s how I even came across this crock of an auto shop. Don’t come here and waste your money.

This place has been great. They are honest and I don’t feel they are trying to rip me off. Jeremy has been wonderful to deal with. I will defiantly be back. They replaced my front struts and did an alignment. I will be bringing it back for them to do rear shocks once I get the $$.

I love new hub, very fast and amazing workers. I would definitely recommend this shop!!!

Came here to get an oil change along with a full service tune up for my 2006 scion Xb. Rafael the owner is a very honest and nice mechanic. Everything was done on a timely manner and they make sure you are happy with the car after it is finished. They also do Ac services too. I will have to come back for that when it is time. If highly recommend any one to them. Thanks New hub!

Stopped in this auto shop on the way up to my dads house for an oil change I hadn’t had one for a while and when I stopped to get a snack I figure I should just get it done, the front desk lady was very polite and directed me where to pull up. The whole oil change took less then 30 minutes and they also noticed my tire light was on and they tended to that too, It was actually just the sensor to start but I thought it was super considerate that they would check that without me even saying anything. They showed me my air filters and have me the option of getting some new ones because they were pretty, so I did end up replacing the really dirty one. This kind of service is def the kind that would bring me back !!

This place Is a joke. I started going here when they opened and they were always friendly and fair priced but not anymore. Scott was always nice but the girl behind the counter has no idea what she is doing and I feel as if they are trying to rip me off everytime I go in there. I will not be returning there ever again now that I know Scott is gone. He was truly the only reason I continued going there after they raised their prices cause he was awesome.

Went to New Hub to get my car serviced and the mechanic Scott was really rude. Spoke with owner Rafael and he took care of me. Glad to hear that Scott isn’t working here anymore.

This place is AWFUL! So I came to this place because I was right next door and I needed an oil change. The guy at the front was in a bad mood and wasn’t friendly… Which was a total turn off to start but I continued with them because everyone has bad days. The 1-​hour wait turned into 1.5 hours and they weren’t even done with the oil change… They only called to tell me that both cabin and oil filters needed to be changed along with an entire transmission flush. I found the cabin air filter and transmission flush to be suspicious. I had just changed the cabin filter 3 months ago. And my car is only 3 years old with low mileage so it was odd that my transmission needed to be flushed. So I called my mechanic friend who suggested I take it to Honda to verify. I asked to just do the oil change and I would like to see the filters. Not to my surprise the cabin filter was clean … Starting to make me feel like this is a shady place. They finally got the oil changed and other filter done in 2.25 hours.
I took my car to the Honda dealership to check on the transmission. Turns out NOTHING is wrong with it or the fluid… This place straight up LIED to me. And not just about that… Because the cabin filter was clean too! And somehow my oil pan is missing after this oil change? So I had to buy a new one. Wtf.
This place is SHADY, unprofessional (dude argued with me about what I wanted) and completely overpriced.
