Worst experience of my life the Front Office Manager is horrible she tried to overcharge me for every procedure so I had to get a pre authorization just so I paid the correct amount and every time I went into the office she was disrespectful and no help whatsoever and ask to speak with somebody to make a complaint about her nobody was able to helps take my advice find a different dentist I am

Stay away!!!
Where do I begin?
They overcharge for unnecessary services. No such thing as a regular cleaning, everyone needs some sort of special treatment at an additional charge.
False diagnosis of gum disease and bad fillings.
One of the oral surgeons used inappropriate language with my wife and then called her on the phone to ask her out to dinner!!!
Stay away from these creeps!!!
Lawsuit is definitely in the future.

The last visit I had was so terrible, I will not go back.
The dentist barely checked my teeth. He did the counts but no scraping or cleaning at all!
An assistant who I don’t even think was qualified polished and flossed my teeth.
NO CLEANING WAS DONE AND THAT’S WHY I WAS THERE!
They then recommended an $ 80 Fluoride treatment due to my sensitive teeth. I accepted but it didn’t help at all.
When I went to a different dentist this week I was told that without doing the cleaning (which wasn’t done) it would actually be sealing the bacteria in my mouth!
Yuck! Just because I take good care of my teeth doesn’t mean that the dentist should cut corners and not complete his job.

Parking can be a problem. I asked the dentist to check something in my mouth; he failed to do so. Office was supposed to call me about a possible discount within 3 days, they failed to do so. I had a previous problem there on a previous occasion. I changed to another dental service.

Yesterday was our first experience here. My two children and I came in for checkups and cleanings.
The office is new, and very very clean. The back office staff is wonderful. Our hygienist was very patient, answered all my questions, and took a lot of time with us. She was also GREAT with my kids!
The dentist was also wonderful. He took took the time to explain proper brushing and flossing techniques to my two children.
He answered a ton of questions that I had and was very knowledgeable.
After visiting another dentist about 6 months ago who told me I had 13 cavities to be filled and needed a deep cleaning, I was pleased when this new dentist informed me I have very good brushing and flossing techniques and only 1 small cavity.
Thank GOODNESS I came here for a SECOND OPINION!

I went to this office to have my teeth whitened, and had a great experience! Some people might find the office hard to get to but I know the center it’s in well so I had no problems!
It’s in a beautiful new business center that has lots of parking and a great appearance. I was a few minutes early and wasn’t taken in til about 10 after my appointment.
The dental assistant was very nice and helpful. I didn’t see the actual dentist or hygienist but everyone I did see was nice or smiled!

Came here on recommendation from a friend, glad I did. Dr. was great, very patient with me (I have a horrible gag reflex) and need to take breaks often. Some places are so good and exceed your expectations you want to let others know you found something special, this place is all that and more!

This is a great local office. The office is clean, the employees are all friendly and helpful. What ultimately made this a 5 star experience was the combination of the dentists knowledge and ability coupled with their reasonable prices and painless billing process.

This is by far my favorite dental office in Southern California! Awesome staff and very friendly doctor! I came here for a check up and the doctor really took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I will recommend this place to all my relatives and friends. The prices are very reasonable! The other Unilocalers are probably looking for a $ 2 dentist with the expectations of a 5 star quality treatment, and unfortunately that’s not how it works. This office gives you the best customer service, accommodates to your needs, and does not try to rip you off! If you want a high quality treatment with great prices, come here!

Not many people come back after writing a bad review. I did. I came back for the cleaning to give this place a second chance. I found the receptionist to be friendly and welcoming. I paid for the irrigation as recommended by the dentist, and within 5 minutes I was called in to the seat. The dentist and the hygienist greeted me, and the dentist took some time to ask how I was doing, and where I worked. As I finished, I went around to reschedule with staff gawking –realizing and wondering why did I come back.
I was about to change my review, indicating how the staff and dentist had actually used better customer service skills than the first time. Funny, after a string of bad reviews did they actually take notice. I was going to mention how great every one was, smiling, and friendly. However, the nail to the coffin came when an older office manager lady approached me.
She asked why had I written a bad review, and why I had returned. She said it was contradictory and had she wrote a bad review why would she come back. I looked at her surprised at first, realizing she had put me on blast in front of her next patient who looked down. I told her that I did want to come back to see how their cleaning services were done. I told her that I felt like they were over-​charging for the dental work when I called the insurance. She responded then you should have put us on 3 way so that w could have talked about it. I told her did you look at all the reviews on Unilocal and how they all have 1 stars. Did you talk to them about it? She said yes she did.
I don’t know if she ever did speak to the people here who listed her as a 1 star or if we could rate the place zero stars, but the chances her of actually talking to all of them is zero as well. Sadly, she approached her customer service skills so wrong that it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, she could learn from her other staff what customer service is because they had it right. Sadly, this review could have had a higher rating had she done her approach more tastefully to the situation.
Finally, as the right of a patient to any services provided, I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California. I requested an audit on the place and indicated the numerous negative reviews. I spoke with my insurance regarding the matter. Even though, the complaint may not go anywhere, I encourage you to file one if you have felt this place has wronged you because it is your right.
Customer service is important and the office manager doesn’t seem to get that even though her staff do.

Beautiful office, but told me I needed a «treatment plan» for crowns and deep cleaning. Went back to a reliable dentist in Hemet (not on my insurance plan) and he said «NOT.» All Dental of Menifee refused to do my regular cleaning (that is included in my insurance plan) because All Dental said that I needed to pay for a «deep cleaning,» according to them.
The reliable Hemet dentist I went to after wards, said I certainly did not need a deep cleaning (have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months) or the 3 of the 4 crowns that All Dental of Menifee insisted I needed.
So, I had to pay the Hemet dentist for a regular cleaning — $ 77, vs the $ 350 that All Dental wanted me to pay. I would NEVER go back to All Dental, even if they were the only dentist available. It is sad that some dentists are so dishonest — trying to actually do work to your teeth that is not necessary at all. RIPOFF — insisting on work that isn’t necessary at all. I had to wait for a long time for the «treatment plan» while the employees visited and chatted in the office. I was there over 2 hours and had NO work done.

I came here a few times and it was a complete ripoff. I scheduled an overpriced cleaning not too long after my initial checkup. The woman doing the cleanup did not do a good job and I don’t know what she was doing but made it very painful. I had an cleaning before at UCR (after years and years of not going to the dentist) and it was not painful at all. UCR also did a good job. What made me not go back? I scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. First off, I was told it would be $ 800 w/​my insurance. I call my insurance and they said the staff was not putting in the right code. Then a day before my appointment I call to cancel and was told that I would owe $ 100 for not canceling 48 hours in advanced. I was never told I needed to cancel 48 hours in advanced otherwise I would’ve done so. Shady Shady Place.

They seem friendly, but they took advantage of me. Every time I’ve ever gone to the dentist since I was a child they’ve always said how great my oral hygiene was, My first visit was ok, but they did tell me I had a questionable tooth, that hadn’t become a cavity yet, but if left untreated it would be one. They insisted on «filling» my «soon to be cavity». That should’ve been my first red flag.
My second visit, I went in for my routine cleaning. The dentist said something about my poor oral hygiene, and mentioned gum disease to his assistant. I instantly panicked. I’ve never even had a cavity, besides the «soon to be cavity» I had the time before, now all of the sudden I have GUM DISEASE?! He walked out, and said the hygienist will be in to explain more. 30 minutes later in comes the hygienist. She gave me my options: one process, which was costly, invasive, and way out of my budget, but of course that was the one they wanted to do because she said «it had a higher success rate», the second process was a lot less invasive, and cost much less than the other option, but still not cheap by any means, however. they couldn’t guarantee it would work. After demanding an answer right away and not giving me anytime to weigh my options, I opted for the less invasive one. The hygienist proceeded to clean my teeth, and give me treatment for my «poor oral hygiene».
I went to go schedule my next appointment, and pay, and that’s where things really got sketchy. As the girl was going over my bill, and giving me a break down of the services I received, she kept contradicting herself, and changing things on the bill saying «insurance doesn’t cover this, they only cover „x“ amount of this» so on and so forth. But she was confusing herself getting things mixed up on what was covered, and how much. We spent the next 15 minutes reviewing the bill and changing prices (some went up, some went down). Initially when they were discussing my pricing before the service, they had mentioned how great my insurance was and I shouldn’t pay much. Now all of the sudden when I’m going to pay, there’s a ton of stuff my insurance doesn’t cover? From the moment I sat in the chair until the moment I walked out of the door it was just a cluster of contradictions. I left feeling taken advantage of and confused. I’m disgusted by this practice, and their business ethic.

I had to have my wisdom tooth removed and I’ve had previous bad experiences with dentists. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I told them I was nervous about the procedure and they took several precautions to ensure that I felt ok and I was at ease. Never have I had such a wonderful experience with a dentist.

Very nice dental office and staff. Went there 3 times in 2 weeks (1^st was new patient establishment and xrays, 2^nd was cleaning, 3^rd was filling).
I have been to several different dentists over the years and all would either try to get you to do unnecessary dental work and not do anything for actual problem, and many times it hurt during the cleaning. This dental office is not that way at all. They really care and only will recommend work that actually needs to be done, my case was replacing 2 fillings that had been in my mouth since the ‘90s. Usually I feel pain, this time I didn’t feel anything during or after fillings. They know how administer the numbing stuff without hurting you and the right amount.
Cleaning was pretty simple. No complaints there. The hygienist knows what she is doing (forgot her name though).
My cleaning and fillings were suppose to be the same day, but something goofy happened when they made the appointment, so when we came in, no appointment for us could be found. But, they were nice enough to get us in that very day for cleaning, I was seen in less than 15 min. There are many dental offices out there that would just apologize and make you make a different appointment, this place is certainly not like that.
We are happy we have found someone we actually want to keep after all these years.
