Massage Elements was established with the intent to provide excellent massage therapy services to clients. We have the best therapists in the area who have extensive experience and training and many who have been instructors in massage therapy.

Business Owner

Ann Short, BA, CMT, CR and Owner:

Ann has been a massage therapist for more than 13 years. She received her massage training from Sister Rosalind’s. Additionally, Ann was the Director of Academics for Sister Rosalind’s, developing massage curriculum for one of the most respected names in massage schools in Minnesota and North Dakota. She has worked with a diverse clientele, including Nationally Ranked athletes, individuals with chronic pain, clients who are just looking for stress relief as well as many others. Ann continues to seek out specialized training and receives massage regularly herself. Her training and experiences both giving and receiving massage has shaped her philosophy about massage. Ann believes that no one type of massage is «the only» or «the best» for everyone, every time. There are many types of massage and Ann is comfortable and skilled in using many different massage types and customizes each massage based on each client’s needs and requests. Rarely does Ann use j
