Zoe provided day-​of coordinating services for our wedding.
There is little I can say that hasn’t already been said — Zoe is dependable, responsive, and organized. She was able to smoothly execute our 200 person wedding (with multiple events over the course of an entire weekend).
My wife and I are walking away with memories that we’ll cherish for the rest of our life as a result. Thank you Zoe for being such a big part of our big day!

We cannot say enough good things about Zoe. From our first meeting with her to our last, Zoe was always a pleasure to work with. She was available for whatever and whenever we needed her. She was upfront about her pricing so we knew what to expect along the way. Zoe helped us plan our wedding by helping us find the best caterer, to set up and clean up crews, and what type of napkins to use. She helped us think about things a bride doesn’t know what to think about. With Zoe came her fantastic team. Everyone was professional and kind to us, and our guests! Her team all had the same goal: make sure everyone had fun, and the bride and groom were stress free. At our wedding there was a seating mishap. We didn’t hear about it until a week later from friends because Zoe had it handled! I told my husband that I wanted to have another event just so we could work with Zoe. Zoe made our wedding smooth, beautiful and memorable.

About six months into the planning of our DIY wedding it all became a bit overwhelming for me. To help the process be a bit less stressful and to help us stay on track we deiced to hire Zoe as our day-​of coordinator, she came highly recommended from a friend that used her for their daughter’s wedding. The term «day-​of» in Zoe’s case really means month of and this was very important, she made sure that everything was on track and contacted all of our vendors to make sure everyone was set and was aware of our timeline.
From our first meeting I knew that not only was Zoe professional and organized, but that she wanted to understand our vision and help to make our wedding day go as smoothly as possible. We also used her bartenders who went above and beyond to help out our guests and tend to all the little things that needed tending to.
When our wedding day came Zoe was calm and cool, I am a bit of a control freak so I kept asking her if everything was going okay and if I needed to do anything, her answer was always, «everything is perfect» and everything was. I highly recommend using Zoe’s services, definitely worth it!

Zoe is AMAZING! We had the smoothest, most beautiful wedding, which was held out in the middle of nowhere, and it was all thanks to Zoe.
We got married at a barn along the Mendocino coast with limited resources (think no kitchen, limited electricity, hose for running water…) and we knew we needed help. Zoe was available, organized, and so helpful throughout the whole process. She recommended a wonderful rentals company who she works closely with (Matt Rowland) and together they made our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
Any anxieties I had about the day were totally gone, I felt like Zoe and her team had absolutely everything under control and we were just able to enjoy our day. Everything we told her, down to the littlest detail, she wrote down and followed through with. She was so easy and pleasant to work with! And she was a wonderful, calm presence throughout the day. Such a great vibe to have in a wedding planner.
I really cannot say enough good things about Zoe. If you’re getting married up in Mendocino, hire Zoe! You will be so happy you did!!!

Zoe was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in Albion, CA (next to Mendocino). She really went above and beyond beforehand asking the right questions, giving us advice, tips, ideas for how to make things go more smoothly and was super professional, on-​point, friendly, self-​assured and calm (all important when one is stressed out pre-​wedding!). She also coordinated with our caterer and various family members and friends helping out with various tasks seamlessly. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I really didn’t need to worry about anything– Zoe really helped everything go smoothly and we are very grateful!

My husband and I had a very «do it yourself» kind of wedding. We did all of the pre-​planning ourselves, he molded all of our centerpieces out of clay and he built chalkboard signage from frames he scoured at thrift stores for all of our signage. We didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator. But then, our friend’s who got married just a couple months before us highly recommended hiring a wedding coordinator for the day of the event to go smoothly.
From the moment we got in contact with Zoe the entire process was seamless. She had very pointed and pertinent questions to narrow down how she could best help us the day of the event. When the day of the event came we had a few hiccups where, Zoe was able to come up with quick and innovative solutions. She was very efficient in moving our time line along managing our many vendors diplomatically without being overbearing ensuring that each vendor delivered what they had agreed to provide as a service on the day of the wedding.
Zoe was an absolute pleasure to work with, she is extremely professional and adept executing the many details one puts into planning a wedding. She was the most valuable vendor she was essentially the glue that brought all of the many details we carefully planned come together beautifully resulting in our dream wedding.

I don’t even know where to begin! Zoe is the best, I couldn’t thank her enough for all her hard work, attention to detail, excellent staff, and calm demeanor. My husband and I were in way over our heads for our ‘small, DIY’ wedding, Zoe (and her family) rescued us and helped us have a beautiful wedding. My #1 piece of advice for brides to be in and around Mendocino County would be to hire Zoe, asap!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about Zoe! Planning weddings can be stressful, but not when you have Zoe to help you! She was our «day of Coordinator» but she was so much more than that! We met with her multiple times leading up to the big day and communicated over email. She ran our rehearsal the day before, Called every vendor in advance multiple times to make sure that everyone was still planning to be there at the right time. She is so detailed! She knew all the right questions to ask so that we had a plan for every little thing that might come up. She is so experienced, always completely professional and organized! Everything you could want in a wedding coordinator! She was priceless on the day of the wedding, she even went back to the hotel multiple times for things we forgot (sorry Zoe, and thank you!!) We couldn’t have done it without her and I highly recommend her!

Through my entire wedding planning process I have been dead-​set on doing everything myself. Well let me tell you, that gets pretty old about a month before your wedding. I started panicking about all of the tiny details like setting up the bar, timing the ceremony, and even the stupid cheese table.
That is where Zoe came in. I hired her as my day of coordinator and felt confident that I could trust her to make everything run super smoothly from the get go, which says a lot because I am a total control freak. She relieved me of any stress that I may have otherwise felt the day of my wedding and went above and beyond my expectations.
I am so happy that I had Zoe at my wedding and only wish I had met her before because I am sure she would have done a seamless job planning my wedding.

Technically, Zoe was the day-​of coordinator for our October 2013 wedding; in reality, she was much more than that. Zoe lent a helpful hand, supplied a calming presence and provided an experienced eye to everything she touched during and before the wedding.
First, Zoe knows exactly what to do in any situation. So if anything threatened to go awry, she fixed it before it had a chance to cause trouble. As a practiced planner, she had a firm grasp of the many details that go into a wedding, including timeline, vendor coordination, family dynamics and anything that will keep a bride & groom sane. We felt at ease with her at the helm.
Our wedding was at an untraditional venue — an off-​the-​grid farm with little infrastructure for a big event. We had to bring in a moving truck full of rentals, mobile toilets and nearly no cell phone reception. Zoe mastered the farm layout and the event flow, which was incredibly important since we had so many vendors who all needed to know their place and time. When the generator went out during dinner — something bound to happen and so typical of the farm’s infrastructure — she fixed the situation quickly and calmly. I’ll be honest, we appreciated the blackout as an opportunity to eat and enjoy the candlelight!
I spoke with other wedding planners/​coordinators, and all of them paled in comparison to Zoe.

Zoe and her crew truly made my wedding magical. She day-​of coordinated my wedding and I feel that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everything ran seamlessly and no detail was overlooked. During the months leading up to the wedding, she was always easily accessible by email or phone. Zoe is the most detailed professional planner you will ever work with. I have been an event photographer for 15 years for my business Full Life Photography and I have never worked with an event planner that can stay calm and clear in every situation that arises at an event.
