WMS Consultants brings seventeen (17) years of dynamic management experience with proven results leading large teams in achieving extraordinary accomplishments. Productivity expertise with experience in organizational turn-​arounds using QDM and employee engagement. Record service and productivity results can be achieved by developing high level emotional intelligence in leaders to garner discretionary effort as demonstrated and verified by record internal leadership surveys.

Business Owner

Doug Williams – founder of WMS Consultants, has served as a leader in corporate America for 24 years. Leading managers and front line employees. Doug discovered skills and procedures that aided in gaining trust from teams, which resulted in greater discretionary efforts. Because of his accomplishments as a proven leader and the high levels of loyalty and trust in his organizations, he was assigned to share leadership philosophies and practices with front-​line and middle managers world-​wide. Doug graduated with a Master Degree from the University of Arkansas. He has received certifications in the administration and interpretation of Emotional Intelligence assessments from Six Seconds. Doug is a certified professional coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute and has been involved in the training of various levels of management in a corporate environment.
