The staff at this Babies R Us have some issues. The main issue being: CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to this location to set up my baby registry years ago and was bewildered by the lack of employees and especially the lack of helpful ones. It’s still the same situation today. They have organized shelves and clean floors, but you will have to figure out what the specifications on all the baby thingamajigs mean your own damn self.

This is a joint Toys R Us, Babies R Us store.
The layout is confusing and the selection in the Babies R Us section isn’t that great. The one on Giacosa place is much better.
