I have a PO box there. Very friendly service and the employees know who you are when you come in.
Quick and easy to ship, I have never had a negative experience there.

All UPS Stores are owned and independently operated free from UPS, but at the same time, they do their best to uphold the shield’s reputation. Early on in my career, I had spent way too much time in these stores, as a meet point for a driver, or to rectify situations. With that being said, I didn’t want to have to spend anymore time in one than needed.
Then I realized there is one across the street from FedEx HQ (how appropriate), and is close to my apt. Well, I needed to ship some bottles of booze to my friends in ATL. I had always heard about their «pack and ship guarantee», so I thought I would put it to the test.
So like the lush I am, I came walking in the place Saturday with 3 bottles of booze in my hands. When I opened the door, I noticed it was dark in there… And then the lady asked my if I was shipping alcohol. I thought to myself, «is this a trick question?» So I cleared my throat and answered cheerfully. She then explained to me the power was out all over (which seemed to cause chaos for like 5 blocks) — but she would pack the stuff for me and call me when the power was back on. For her trouble, I ended up giving her a bottle too– she was very thankful!
I was out and about Saturday, so I didn’t have a chance to come back until Monday. When I came back, the other person that was working was there, and remembered. So he got the box, and shipped it on its way. I am hoping the Empress will get her box sometime tomorrow, in one piece!
They offer a bunch of services here, anything office related, and they are cool about letting you get stuff done here. I like how they will pack the stuff for you, for a minimal charge. Also, if you are a UPSer, you should be able to get a discount on shipping supplies as well– but I didn’t utilize it.
If I ever need to ship anything else, I will be sure to come here, as I know they will get it taken care of, no matter the circumstances!
