Thanks for the no-show for the appointment today. I drove 2.5 hours to get here to meet a Terminix representative. Then I call in and you leave me on hold for 25 minutes until I finally hung up. I made the appointment a week ago and even received a confirmation call yesterday for the appointment today. When I made the appointment I gave the correct address and discussed what I wanted done. It gets even better, the representative was sent to an address 100 miles from here. A complete waste of time. I’ve been trying to reach someone at Terminix for almost two hours and was able to reach one person briefly before I was put on hold. I would strongly recommend another company. As soon as I arrange for another service I will be cancelling Terminix on both my homes.

POORCUSTOMERSERVICE I canceled their monthly treatment at my Florida home due to poor local support — and corporate support. Terminex seems to be a private company that licenses their brand to local franchisees — and doesn’t really care about the franchisee’s delivery of services or their customers. Additionally, I still have their annual termite protection. They come to inspect each year, and then try to bill me for more than the prior year(when I was contracted at a static rate). So, each year, I have to call to get Terminex to revert back to the correct price. This is my most annoying vendor.
