TBOC Auto Spa & Detailing

I made an appointment a few weeks ago to have my truck and car detailed. Two days before my appointment I went into labor and had my son. I had full intention of dropping off both vehicles how ever that changed and I was surprised that there pick up and delivery of vehicles was free of charge. Larry, the owner, is amazing. This business did an amazing job on both vehicles, they look brand new I highly recommend!!! And I will be going back to them again and again! Plus the price for the packages is unbelievably great for the quality of work they do.

This will be a two part review. First part is customer service. I live in Bellevue, WA a suburb of Seattle and doing a blog as a software executive on places in American everyone needs to see. I am starting a road trip in a 20 year old barn find mustang GT I purchased that has been sitting for 5 years.
After the car was fully serviced it needed some serious deep cleaning. Not knowing the area I asked around and everyone said there is only one place that has incredible customer service with even better results TBOC! I contacted Larry and he was extremely responsive and I have been so impressed with his level of customer service on explaining everything to me on what can be done. I had the car dropped off this week and flying in to make the documented journey home.
I look forward to the second part of the review of this highly recommended company when I pick up the car.
Bottom line — If you are lucky enough to live in Memphis or surrounding area don’t bring you car or SUV anywhere but TBOC. Let them impress you with their customer service the way they have with me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. My car was picked up on time at my own house. I had stains in my cloth interior that I was unable to remove myself, when my car was brought back it looked brand new. I purchased the 99 $ package which was exterior and interior cleaning. Larry went above and beyond my expectations, he was very friendly and courteous and actually ended up being the one to return my car. All traces of crumbs and stains cease to exist and my 2007 ford escape looked better than the day I purchased it. I seriously wanted to hug him. I would definitely recommend this business and their prices can’t be beat.

I rarely post Unilocal reviews. Usually only when a business goes above and beyond expectations. TBOC is one of those businesses. All I can say is «Wow!» We brought in a 10-​year-​old Camry with zero clear coat and tons of oxidation, and we got back a car with a mirror finish and spotless carpets.
I’ve paid for detailing before, and have always been underwhelmed. Larry and his team absolutely blew me away. $ 199 is an absolute steal for this quality of work. And they’re wonderful people, too. Larry has a prison ministry, and 10% of the revenues go to an orphanage. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
