Taylor’s BP Gas Station

Haven’t ever had an experience like this so it’s very confusing… We stopped to get gas after visiting Stax Records down the street. The neighborhood seemed to be predominantly black, but coming from south Florida, we thought nothing of it. My fiancé got out, put his credit card in the machine and the owner or attendant came shouting him to «get outta here». So we left. There is a hold on our credit card even though we never pumped any gas. I’m not sure if he is running some sort of scam, if he was somehow concerned about or well being or simply didn’t want our business but regardless I would suggest anyone stop there to pump gas ever.
