This is a food truck that is a small chain but has kept the traditional Mexican taco not the Texmex taco with the hard shell. They started in Nashville when you get of the highway it will be your second gas station on the right heading north.

I came here completely by accident with the Taco Tour. It just happened to be down the street from the last place we were going to visit. The girl working there told us this truck is owned by the same people who run the Taqueria Express but the food is different.
This place was ok. Nothing special, to be honest. They were friendly and the food was good. It just wasn’t as good as some other places I’ve been.
They do their pastor meat differently– it’s all cut up into almost shredded chunks. It’s like they wanted to make little french fries out of the meat. I’m sure it’s a special method I’ve just never heard of but it didn’t take away from the taste of the food at all. It was quite fantastic. I didn’t try the carnitas taco but just looking at it told me I wouldn’t like it because it was very fatty.
