I hate to write this because I normally don’t write bad reviews. But… There is this one lady who is always in a bad mood. I’ve dealt with her on five different occasions. Once I returned something, and she was huffing and puffing about that. I felt like I was being an inconvenience. Anyway, thought maybe she was having a bad day so I shrugged it off. Then today, as I observed her enthusiasm of working (sarcasm), she seemed super delighted to deal with me. I had an item with a barcode that was worn down…(not my fault). I was so nice to her and tried to even talk to her. But of course she was groaning about having to look the item up. She has a poor piss attitude and hates her job. She for one doesn’t need to be working in retail, nor does she need to be interacting with customers. She needs to find a new job or put a smile on. I understand being in a bad mood some days, and I truly understand the pain of working retail during Xmas. Next time I will get her name. She was on register 1, 12−18−15 @ 11:30am. She was awful to be around. Don’t think I’ll be going back. She always puts me in a bad mood.
