Take pole dancing lessons! Makes a great girls night out or bachelorette party, plus you get a great workout!
I attended an Elite Unilocal GNO event at Studio Liv where we learned a pole dancing (that’s right, pole dancing!) routine to Katy Perry’s Dark Horse. Let me tell you, the space is HUGE, the instructor was so sweet and talented, and the workout still has me feeling sore 3 days later! If you haven’t checked out the classes at Studio Liv, put it on your summer to do list to get that beach bod in a FUN way!

If you are looking for a nice place, with nice people Studio Liv is a great dance studio. Once you enter through the reflective tinted doors you will see the cleanly polished and updated hardwood floors. The first hall is spacious enough for parties or conferences, and the through the far back door is another room with about 10 very sturdy poles from the ceiling to the floor used for Pole dancing lessons.
The staff was outstanding, they were very kind, and patient during the pole dance lessons from the Unilocal Girls Night Out Elite event. Which made the experience even better.
I will definitely recommend this place when asked for a space for meetings and parties.

New dance studio in Raleigh that offers classes that aren’t so typical… I used to be a majorette and that was my body at its best so I found it super awesome that they offer dance classes where you can basically exercise doing different buck moves for an hour. Believe me you will sweat. They also have a class called hip hop groove and stiletto groove that seemed interesting. Last but not least they have a second room that has POLES! The owner throws parties there on the weekend for whomever is interested and they have a class for it during the week as well. I will definitely be having my bachelorette party in THAT room!
