Established in 2012.

Stsrepair started as a home and online business. With so many smart devices now in the market, the need for an honest and high quality repair service gave us the ability to grow and establish our 1st location in East Memphis in 2012. Now, two years later we have the opportunity to open a second location in Cordova, TN. We are very grateful to all our customers who have made this possible and looking forward to serving you in the upcoming years.

Stsrepair is owned and managed by an electronics engineer with several years of experience, giving the clients the confidence of leaving their devices in good hands. All our staff is highly trained and willing to help!

Oh whoa is me, for you see, I dropped my tech
and now I’m a wreck.
The iPhone device, with iPad is so nice
until you crack screens on both these things.
I went to STS,
to see if my tech could get a new «dress.»
Never once a problem with the repairs they make,
Anything else, to them I’ll take.
My iPhone and iPad looked so very new,
after they got through, and made me un-​blue.
And the $$ I paid was a reasonable amount,

Dropped off my old Mac on a Friday and had it back on Monday with a new hard drive and ready to go. During the weekend I gladly accepted calls from the tech working on my mac to ask questions, permissions, etc. So, the communication was excellent, service great, and speed was outstanding. These people are friendly to deal with and do great work. I highly recommend.

They fixed my phone’s screen in less than 30 minutes as promised. Convenient but very hidden location right at Poplar/​Perkins. Small waiting area but they offered complimentary Keurig coffee and Apple TV — very nice gestures. Super friendly staff and very reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! So my girlfriend broke her iPhone for a second time in less than a year and we had a bad experience with the last people we used, so of course we consulted with Unilocal and found this place.
Upon walking in, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We explained the problems we were having and said that they’d call us when they were done. Within an hour the phone was ready and looks like new, for a GREAT price too! Hopefully she’ll keep her phone case on this time and there’ll be no more broken phones, but if something happens, we’ll definitely come back here!

Friendly staff. I was immediately helped on a Saturday afternoon which was nice. I only had a minor problem with my iPhone charging and they cleaned it up and it charges/​works like a gem now. I’ve already recommended this place to a few friends and even some folks from out of Memphis who are here visiting and have device issues. Well done, lads! Keep up the good work!!!

I can’t say enough good things about STS Repair! Do yourselves a favor and use STS Repair for all your computer repair needs. These guys are all about the customer and aren’t trying to gouge you! I thought my laptop’s hinge was broken and took it to two other computer repair places… these other places looked at it and quoted $ 130 — $ 150 to fix it AND I’d have to wait at least a week for the parts! Walked into STS Repair, they looked at it and said it was just missing a screw (?!?), they replaced the missing screw in about 5 minutes and charged me NOTHING. Wow. What else can you say? Wow.

This place is a hidden gem. They are located in the back of the building of with the relax the back store at corner of poplar and perkins. We had an iphone that was not working. The people were super friendly. The technician was fast with the repair. The prices are super reasonable (depending on generation of iphone – newer more expensive). The prices are listed on the website. Why make a appointment with the snobby people in the genius bar where you have to wait and feel bad about yourself and spend a ton of money? Go to sts repair. They have been open since January and are a local business. if you decide to wait while your phone is being fixed, they have hulu plus and netflix on apple tv for you to watch. i highly recommend them.
From the screen shot slide show, it appears that there is pretty much almost nothing you can do to your iphone, ipad, ipod, that they cannot fix.
