I am soooo hooked on the Green Tea Tango. I always get it with Mango as my fruit choice and if I am getting it after the gym, I always add an Extra Scoop of Protein Powder. It comes with one, but after the gym for a guy, 2 is awesomeness. 20oz is plenty, but I can easily polish off a 32oz as well. Somehow, I never feel bloated on these. At ALL !!! They help me keep my tummy flat. That Matcha Green Tea they add really is a great fat burner!

This place is still horrible, and further more Facebook took down my last post about them. So I thought I’d remind all of you, as they were apparently more concerned with this than reviewing the attitude and destructive relationship a smoothie restaurant has when it sprays bug spray above the work station that holds the fruit their using…

Love smoothie king. Have only been to this location once, but plan to go back soon! Good location. Went back: awful service.

The smoothies here are always well prepared and the service is always quick, accompanied by a smile. There are numerous different options to choose from, no matter what your taste or preference. they also carry tons of other healthy snacks, supplements, and other various small-batch goodies from local companies and other boutique type companies. Good smoothies. Good service. Good choice.

The smoothies here are really good. I’ve been going in almost every morning for a smoothie for breakfast. There are a large variety of flavors and additions to choose from, and they have some veggie/vegan snacks available for purchase. Every member of staff I’ve come in contact with is cheerful and very helpful. The only complaints I have are that the small smoothie is still pretty big(and not cheap), and the lids don’t fit on the cups very well. I have had some close calls with the lid not staying on before, but I know to pay extra attention to where I set my smoothie. Download the app– that’s how they do their loyalty«points» program, and it’s the ONLY way to get credit. This is kind of disappointing to me– wish I had an option to look up my account by phone number or just a punch card I can carry with me. I am reluctant to download any more cluttering apps. Overall, though, Smoothie King is awesome!

Pretty cool smoothie place. I would say it’s somewhat hidden from all the other businesses that you can definitely spot out. The prices for the smoothie are decent and I would say I would go back and try out other flavors.

The other day, we were walking around town, getting some exercise. Well, I became thirsty. I wanted a healthier option besides a soda. We came upon a Smoothie King, so I decided I would get one. I rarely get a smoothie, because too often they are too sweet. Fruit is naturally sweet; I have no idea why more sweeteners are added. I also thing they have way too many calories to be a drink. It’s the same as a meal. I also think the sizes are too large. Anyway, I had trouble deciding on what flavor I wanted. They have basically anything you can imagine, even ones like peanut butter and chocolate. They have their menu divided into what you are trying to accomplish(fitness, slim, wellness, energy, etc). They also have the calorie count listed for your convenience, which was actually a deterrent for me from many of them. I ended up with Peach Slice Plus, which is «Peaches, Strawberries, Papaya Juice Blend, Non-Fat Milk, Turbinado, Soy Protein.» It was good, but it was just too much. I wish I had made it skinny to get rid of some of the sweetness. I also wish I had gotten a kid’s size.

Go here all the time for a smoothie to follow a light lunch. If I’m in a super rush, I’ll get a «Hulk» as a meal replacement. Download the app. and join their email list for additional coupons and discounts!

Smoothies-4 stars Service-4 stars Prices-1 star Similar to my thoughts on Houstons, this place has good food(or smoothies), but they are just too damn expensive. Just like all the other Smoothie King locations all over, they have the standard menu of smoothies with some really tasty options, plus all the beefcake kind of stuff like ‘muscle builder’ or ‘protein max 7000′ or whatever. Who the hell buys that stuff anymore? Anyway, back to the smoothies. They are good. Some of them are really good, but damn, its hard for me to get past a $ 7+ price tag. I guess if you look at it as a ‘meal replacement’ its a little easier to swallow, but I’m not in that camp. Sorry Smoothie King… a decent product and a redic price is a bad combo for me…

I really like this place, though the staff are pretty non-chalant, in a terrible way. I have no complaints on the selection and the location. The store is well kept and the options are many. The staff though dock a star as they are only as willing to help as they have to be in order to keep their job. Unfortunate.

For whatever crazy reason, I have been craving green tea like nobodies business since I got pregnant. Smoothie King has become a regular stop for me in recent months because they have the Green Tea Tango smoothie. It’s green tea, vanilla yogurt and your choice of fruit with a protein shot. I always skip the protein shot and choose mine with mango. I mean Green Tea Tango with Mango has such a ring to it doesn’t it? I could probably drink 5 of these a day I crave them so often. They are delicious– just sweet enough, but you can still taste the green tea through the vanilla and mango. Kudos to the gal behind the counter that first recommended the mango option to me. Probably never would have thought about it on my own. I mean mango and green tea just sounds odd. Regardless, you should get over here and try it yourself!

The smoothies here are great. That’s no surprise if you’ve ever been to an SK. However. I give the place 5 stars because of the service. I love that I can call my order in and its waiting for me when I get there. Also, the manger/owner, Derrick, recommended I try a new smoothie based on my nutritional goals. He wasn’t upselling me or anything, just a genuine interest in what I I needed as a customer. Also, that have great deals/promos through their text club. That’s why I keep coming back and why its my fave SK in Memphis. These folks do a great job.

I was a little worried when I moved to Memphis that smoothies were more of a Florida thing. I was happy to find that Smoothie King had made its way here ahead of me. I typically stop here early in the morning on my way to work. The quality and service is fine. The problem is location. It’s awful trying to get in and out of the place because of Union traffic. It’s unfortunate that Smoothie King is stuck where they are because I’d visit a lot more if it was easier to get to them.
