Scammers! My new windshield looks fine but they scratched my hood badly. The technician’s pre-​inspection noted the arbitrary catch-​all «hood damage» with no location or severity noted. This apparently exonerates their company from anything else happening to the entire hood. We of course filed a claim and were treated like idiots when the second tech shows up to take pictures, like an unprofessional amateur with his phone. Then, after no response for 10 days we call only to hear their corporate office say «pre-​inspection hood damage» does completely let their techs off the hook since we can’t prove it. By the way, we in no way we’re offered a chance to validate his honest and thorough pre-​inspection.
Never ever using this company again.

Had a rock damage my windshield on the interstate two weeks ago. It spread & was about the size of a half dollar. Blake came out to my home on time and fixed it quickly & efficiently. I appreciated his professionalism & politeness & he even vacuumed my truck. The crack is now barely visible & looks so much better.

The windshield was fixed and looked great. The technician came to my work at ~1:15pm. He completed the job at ~2:15pm. I attempted to leave work at 4:30pm, however my battery was dead. I called Safelite and was on hold for ~6 minutes just waiting for a person to answer; the gentleman who answered said he was in the sales department and had to transfer me to a different department. I was on hold for at least 5 more minutes; the lady who answered said she had to talk to her manager. I was on hold for at least 6 more minutes then she came back on and said her manager would call me back. Meanwhile the police officer at work jump started my car and I started driving home. At about 5:20pm manager Joe called me and said that the technician could not have drained the car’s battery because «the technicians do not start the engines.» Not sure then why the technician needed my car keys, and my windows were down slightly when I got out of work because they needed to be down for the windshield to «set.» He said the technician was not responsible and sort of offered to go to my work and give the battery a jump. I told him that there is video surveillance at my work and the police officer who monitors the parking lot would have noticed if anyone else had gone to my car and messed with it and drained the battery. I did end up hanging up on him because he was being ridiculous. Another manager John called me about 10 – 15 minutes later and again I told him that my car battery was fine when I gave the technician the keys and when I got my car back the battery was dead. My car can be started and the radio, windshield wipers, and windows can be powered without the engine being on. I told him that was probably what happened and I just wanted an apology for the technician draining the battery and for having another person deny that was the technician’s doing. He apologized sort of but said there was no way the technician could have drained the battery in one hour, although my car was sitting at my job for another 2 hours after the technician left. He then gave me some story about his car and the windshield or something else not working after it was serviced for something else but it turned out it wasn’t the servicing that caused it, it was just a coincidence. I again told him again that the officer monitored the parking lot and I doubt that a poltergeist messed with my car. Ridiculous: of course the battery was drained due to the technician accidentally leaving the car on when he finished. I didn’t get into the car when he gave me my keys back because I had to get back to work since I was not on a scheduled break. I don’t know why Safelite would not just accept responsibility and say it was sorry but I am never using this company ever again. I have also told my co-​workers about my experience and recommended not to use Safelite unless they wanted a new car battery.

Safelite was awesome. It came out here & fixed my crack in about ten minutes. Will use again.

My truck was broken into, a window was shattered and my things were stolen. It was really upsetting. I found Safelite online and I scheduled an appointment for my glass replacement in less than 5 minutes. I was given a quote online that was a lot less than what I was expecting. The technician that took care of my glass was absolutely EXCELLENT. He went the extra mile when he vacuumed my truck out. It is cleaner than it has been in years. Thank you Safelite for making everything so easy in a stressful time.

A rock hit my window and safelight came out to repair it ASAP. They did a great job no spots looks clear. The guy Danny that came out was very friendly and he did a wonderful job. I will recommend them to other people

My husband called and said a rock had hit his windshield on the way to work and a crack was rapidly spreading. Not knowing where he would be parking at the Crescent Building I arranged for an appointment the following day.
The staff there was great and the work took about an hour and a half.
While waiting I had a nail removed from a tire and patched at the neighboring tire dealer since I had arrived about 20 minutes early. My husband told me the tire had been leaking after I called about the low tire light! Obviously it had an object lodged in the tread since it wasn’t visible in the side wall.
I wished my husband spoke «car» but he simply has no interest. Fortunately I do and Safelite is a company that has locations in every state no matter where we move.
If you book an appointment and get a quote online print out the quote or take your cell showing the emailed quote so they can honor the price. My deductible is $ 250 and the charge was less than that so I did not make an insurance claim.
They tried to charge me $ 260 but when I whipped out my online quote I got the lower price of $ 210.

Great-​if-​spendy auto glass repair. Technician came right out to my car at the office and did an interior clean in addition to my repair. All-​in about $ 130 for the repair, outcall service and material to fix my rock strike. The repair has a warranty for the value of the repair itself towards a new windshield should a crack develop.
All-​in-​all satisfied. Local non-​national vendors will do it at half the cost however… sans-​warranty (wish I could remember who I used last time!).
