Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

Yes, I think this location is improving 110% because of certain aspects of my visit keep making me return for more food.

If you like your fried chicken a little spicy, this is the place. They also have shrimp boxes, chicken tenders, and good sides. The place is easy to get to, and there’s always been plenty of parking. They also have a drive-​through window.

Not crazy about this location at all. I like Popeye’s chicken, but they really need to work on customer service and cleanliness at this location. Plus make sure they have enough food ordered.
The evening I went, the staff was standing in the front talking to each other and didn’t even welcome or address us when we came in the door and stood at the register right in front of them. They just continued talking amongst themselves. Finally after a minute or two, a young lady walked over and said, did you order already?
I ordered chicken, and the cashier proceeded to ask what I wanted as a side, then when I said dirty rice, she tells me they are out of dirty rice. I asked what they did have, they gave a list and I noticed they were out of several other side items. No apologies or comp offered for not having what I want, nor for their lack of proper planning of their food stock.
The tables and floor were not clean, and the back where the food was being cooked didn’t look that clean either.

NICE! This was my first visit to Popeyes. I was impressed with their friendliness, promptness, and professionalism. My order taker was patient and helpful as I asked questions about different combos. By the time I got my drink they called my number. I ordered butterfly shrimp combo and it was delicious! The shrimp was huge and that darn biscuit melted in my mouth.
I’ll be back!

We stopped going to Popeyes about a year ago due to bad service and mediocre food. went back last night after long discussion about well let’s give it one more try! Amazing transformation !!! Service was amazing every time someone walked past us they were observant of all our needs asking did we need anything and was awesome !! We took the time to tell manager we ll definitely be back !!!
