Customer service is struggling. I tried to order pizza for a hungry bride and groom before their wedding and all I ended up with was a big greasy slice of big attitude from the telephone receptionist. A lot of heavy sighs and interrogations of why I was asking to deliver is a church. I can understand being inquisitive but be mindful of how you come across to your customers. Watch. Your. Tone.

I love papa johns! Every time I order a pizza it’s DELICIOUS. It’s worth the money and I personally like it a lot more than pizza Hut or domino’s

After standing at the desk for 5 minutes and completely being ignored I decided to go somewhere else. When I say I was ignored I mean a person made eye contact with me and just continued their personal conversation.
