The worst store I have ever encountered. Filthy, low on merchandize, and extremely POOR customer service. Jazze, actually shakes her head with a toxic attitude toward her job. I recommend that office depot corporate FIRE everyone and start over. Run, don’t walk away from this store.

Stay away. Stay far away. I’ve had a business account with them for years, and always paid my bill online. Now for some reason I am unable to pay it online. I called customer service, and they did not recognize my name, phone number, account number, invoice number, etc. So I went to the store, hoping to pay my bill in person. Bad news. You cannot pay your bills here, even though you’re holding the bill in your hand.
Now I see why the store seems almost empty.

I have never seen a happier group of employees more willing to help than the crew at this store. My visits are infrequent, but I’m almost caught off-​guard because they go that much out of their way to be cheery. If only all stores had this kind of staff.
