Jim Neely’s Interstate bbq was formed in 1978, Jim’s nephews formed Neely’s barbecue in 1988, in 2015 Jim and Tony Neely formed a partner and decide to merge the two brands and created Neely’s Interstate barbecue.

After I graduated from college, I was searching for my passion, my uncle Jim Neely hired me as kitchen manager at Interstate barbecue, after my very first shift, I knew I would manage a restaurant for the rest of my career, I fell in love with the food business. A few years later, my brother Pat and I started Neely’s barbecue. In 2007, Pat and his wife decided to pursue a show with Food Network. In 2015, I decide to partner with my mentor and uncle Jim to form Neely’s Interstate barbecue.
