I have been to Moseley’s several times and had a great experience each time. This company came highly recommended from a friend who is a service manager for a local dealership.
The service manager with whom I spoke has always been truthful, genuine, and up front regarding the condition of my car and the options I had. He has always had my best interest in mind based on the amount of money I was looking to spend and the amount of time I planned on keeping the van.
When we encountered a component on which he was not an expert, he immediately recommended another local establishment. I will continue to take my van and future automobiles to Moseley’s for service.

Moved from north to Memphis took my old civic 99 to good year at winchsester had bad exp with diagnose later took my vehicle to Moseley.
Met with Alan its nice garage and workshop with good ambiance very honest with service and applied the front brakes and oil change.
I would recommended in my office many people already and looks like its family people running the business very honest not greedy like other auto mobile.

I hate dealing with car issues as do most people. A friend of mine recommended this place and I will never go anywhere else. These people are honest, fair, helpful and just plain nice. They quoted me one price, later realized something different needed to be repaired that cost more, but stuck to their original price! I really don’t think most auto shops would this. On another occasion, I took my car in and it ended up being a problem with the transmission. Now this place doesn’t fix transmissions, BUT they called Nissan to check on my warranty for me and gave me so much advice. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants superior customer service.

Brought our ’08 Rav4 in to have the squeaky brakes looked at on recommendation of Unilocal review and was not disappointed. Andrew (and company) are the best. They diagnosed the problem, quoted a very fair price, and had my grand daughter back on the road in short order. We will return when the next mechanical issue rears its head. This repair shop is worthy of your business.

Found it on Unilocal and tried it as a fluke. Turns out, Allen, the owner, is as honest as the day is long. GREAT service on my strut replacement, and fast. Very good prices. I would recommend Moseley’s to anyone needing car repair work in the Memphis area…;-)

My experience here was wonderful! A great family owned business!!! Everyone was so polite. They were attentive and completely HONEST!!! Honesty is unfortunately a rarity sometimes in the auto repair industry. They could have completely ripped me off but instead they were honest and assessed my car and brakes for FREE. There ended up being nothing wrong with my car and they did just that, charged me nothing. They may not have made any money on me today but they have gained a future costumer for sure!
I highly recommend going to Mosely’s Automotive. Support local and family owned businesses. I will recommend you to everyone I know. THANK YOU!

Very impressed by this shop. I will try to go back to them as much as possible for my repairs. Firestone wanted to charge me $ 100 just to «diagnose» my problem. The Moseleys fixed me up for not much more than $ 100 altogether. Honest people who did the job right… a rare find in the auto industry.

A family run operation, Andrew is the mechanic and owner. He has several years of experience in a Cadillac dealership, so he really knows Cadillacs. However, He fixed my Jeep as well. The front is run by his Father, Alan, who is a very personable guy. Their service is fast, efficient and priced fairly. One of the best mechanic shops I have ever used.
