WHAT DO WE DO? What don’t we do is really the question you should ask. We don’t like to say, «No, we don’t do this» to our clients or potential clients, and we hardly ever have to because if we don’t know how, we will do our very best to connect you with someone who does.

This is just ‘some’ of what we do: iOS training, including iCloud catastrophes — we can help you figure out which cloud you need to use and describe the differences between the available cloud services (i.e., we speak «cloud» language); resolve iTunes issues; recover long lost data from dead hard drives; migrate data from one computer to another; set up home/​business WiFi networks; and install new hard drives, laptop screens, upgrade memory), wire for cable drops in businesses; troubleshoot obscure error msgs, etc!

What sets us apart from the others? One example is we fix, offer classes/​training for, and troubleshoot both Macs and PCs. (Yes, that means both Windows and Apple).

We are a boutique type of tech service, where computers can be fixed remotely, at your home/​office, or you can just drop off and pick up later, or we can pick up from you.

We even help people choose new computers and create quotes for their new devices or meet them at Best Buy to do it with them, or we can meet at Panera for training or Starbucks and we will fix your computer there.

We work with both Macs and PCs.
