responded to my message quickly, communicated his timeline to get to my place, fixed my kitchen sink quickly, and left zero mess. what isn’t to love!

Helped me with a leaking toilet that I was having trouble fixing myself. Was right on time and fixed the leak fast. Very reasonable would use again.

I’m visiting my mother from out of town. Her garbage disposal went out and I contacted McMullin because of Unilocal reviews. He was happy to do the job, and also said if I wanted to save money I could buy the new unit at Lowe’s and have them install it. For such a simple job they could do just as well as hiring a plumber. I appreciated his honesty in offering a lower cost option, even though if I did so it would mean he didn’t get the job himself. Very honest.

All around awesome! Came to install our new toilet, and found a way bigger issue. Was a decent guy and told us about it. I’m sure there are other plumbers out there who would of just looked the other way. Bill was awesome, great at communicating and very professional. Did amazing work and I’m sure we wont have any other problems down the road. Extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

McMullin plumbing was recommended by our plumber for an excavation repair to our gas line. This could have been a multi thousand dollar job, but he noticed the material from the meter and said it might indicate a transition in the line, and so they started there. Lo and behold that is where the leak was. He and his helper repaired it and had the dig filled on a Sunday before the rain started to fall. He could have sold us on anything since we don’t know gas plumbing, but instead, we had the best of all possible scenarios. When your plumber recommends a plumber you know they’ve got to be good. Rest easy if you go w/​McMullin. They will do you right.

I called this plumber to assist with a job on a property we are selling-​and we live 3 hours away. On a tight schedule, I described the issue and Bill wasn’t able to arrive immediately but committed to 2 PM. We needed to be on the road before then and he proceeded to take 10 minutes and tell me exactly how to solve my issue. Thanks to his advice we were able to resolve our problem and get on the road on time. That type of customer service speaks volumes about a person and their company. I recommend you give them a call.

Bill is my new go to plumber in Memphis. He immediately returned my call, told me the probable issue, and offered a fair upfront estimate. He was right about the pipe issue and quickly fixed it. The work took about an hour (including removing and resetting the toilet) and everything looks and works great. He is extremely professional and honest!

I chose this plumber based on the reviews here on Unilocal and I was not disappointed. I manage several properties and he came out to a 110 year old property to fix a clog drain. He was done right away and for a great price. Call him, you won’t be disappointed! ***update*** I have used him now for a year on all of our properties and he still is as good as when I first hired him!

Today is Sunday. Noticed water leaking through a ceiling vent, as well as wet spots on the ceiling in kitchen. Called Bill McMullin and he came with in the hour as promised. Found the source of problem and fixed it quickly. I would definitely use him again!

I called Bill based upon the previous 2 reviews and was not at all disappointed. Bill responded quickly and identified the problem. He offered a Band-​Aid solution if I wanted one, but I opted for a permanent fix. Bill quoted me a price which I felt was extremely reasonable. He came back the next day, as promised, and installed the new bathroom /​shower plumbing. He picked the new fixtures on his own and my wife was extremely pleased with his choice. He also cleans up after he’s finished.
I highly recommend Bill to anyone who wants a straight shooter that does an excellent job for a very reasonable price.
If I need plumbing help in the future, I will definitely call him and if anyone asks me for a plumber reference, I will definitely give them his name.

Bill has done great work for my wife and I. We had to have a new sewer line dug out for our place and McMullin Plumbing did it fast and very reasonable! I’m always in favor of doing business locally and he’s a Memphis native. No big business mumbo jumbo. Highly recommended.
