History

Established in 1914.

After the devastating 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fires, Colbert Coldwell and two partners formed Tucker, Lynch and Coldwell on August 27, 1906. Benjamin Arthur Banker joined the firm as a salesman in 1913, and became a partner in 1914. The company was renamed Coldwell Banker in the same year. Banker and Coldwell remained active in the company throughout their lives.

I am Libba Beasley with Coldwell Banker Collins-​Maury. I have been a Realtor since 2007 specializing in residential sales in Memphis and surrounding areas, including Collierville, Germantown, Lakeland, Arlington, Bartlett and Fayette County. I will work endless hours to see that your house gets sold or to help you find your dream home. I will try my best to make this transition go as smooth as possible.
