A premier off-​premises full-​service caterer in Memphis, Just In Thyme Foods has established a reputation for exceptional food, creative presentations and superior service. Chef-​Proprietor Nancy Fisher started the company to help a ‘non-​foodie’ friend cater an upcoming business event. The word got out, and Just In Thyme soon became a thriving part of the Memphis food scene.

Just in Thyme met a growing demand in the area by providing high-​quality catering services to friends and businesses in town — customers who desired exceptional food for special events and weddings as well as home meal replacement.

Working with her grill-​master husband, Chuck, who also manages sales & operations, they employ a talented team of sous chefs and food preparers as well as trustworthy and reliable servers and bartenders. All of our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients chosen from specialty purveyors around town.
