Disclaimer: Yeah, Joe’s my dad.
I recently bought a house and, thanks to my agent, it was easier than I could have imagined. I think I only looked at five places because we were able to narrow my search down early on which saved countless hours of wasted time. I was also spared the stress of wondering whether or not I should haggle on the asking price. The best part was that I didn’t have to worry that my agent was just trying to get it over with and get to the commission — you know since he’s my dad and all — but as far as I’ve heard, all of Joe’s clients get the same peace of mind even if they didn’t grow up in a house with the guy. So uh… my advice is don’t try to buy a house without an agent and Joe is obviously the best choice.

Joe is the most diligent and hard-​working realtor I have ever worked with. He took on the challenging task of representing both ourselves, the seller, and the buyer, and did so without a hint of losing sight of integrity and honesty toward all parties. He attended to necessary details that were actually outside his scope of responsibilities as agent. And last, but certainly not least, he did all this without ever losing his poise, patience or sense of humor.

Joe, helped me and my parents buy a fixer upper, with a serious issues, no title, lending agency was temperamental and in the middle of it all. There was Joe calmly reminding us it’s a money pit ;) it just takes time, he was a real class act and incredibly helpful and the reward is a project my family and I are continuing to return to it’s former glory. I’d recommend Joe to anyone seriously in need if some sound advise on midtown properties.
