I have never met a women so well-suited to putting the designs of interior together.
Jessie used to be based in our area, and I got the opportunity to work with her planning a fundraiser. She generously donated a color consult of her expert services which is such an asset when it comes to designers today. Because we all know Home Depot or Sherwin Williams or where ever you get your paint usually has harsh lighting. So the chocolate color, you thought you got at the store, might come home looking like poo.
She has now relegated to Memphis, sadly — but that only means Tennessee is going to have the opportunity to take advantage of her wonderful skills. I’ve seen some chairs she’s reupholstered and redesigned; her talent relegates in her attention to detail and really deriving personality into pieces that are truly unique. I’ve seen her work a pile of swatches better than an Asian lady in the garment district.

Even though, no one is sitting there — you have to make sure that and every other piece you acquire is truly fabulous. Jessie will make sure of that.

Jessie helped me nearly totally redecorate my recently purchased condominium and she did a fantastic job. She worked with me well, listened to me and seemed to know what I would like and stayed within my budget. She was always very responsive in terms of communicating (phone, email, text messages). She also worked well with other contractors (tile installation, painting, etc.). She seems particularly good at creating and working with color schemes. I’ve had nothing but the highest compliments from friends and relatives who have visited.
(One tip: as she works by the hour, it helps to do as much preparation as you can so that you can use her time as efficiently as possible. She told me that some people cannot make up their minds and that can add to the cost of her services.)

Jessie offers an excellent service and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I had her help me select colors for my entire house, she made very good choices, understood my tastes perfectly, and was charming, very helpful, utterly unpretentious, and most important had impeccable color sense.
She offered alternative colors if I wasn’t sure about her first picks, and coordinated the entire house very well. She also offered helpful suggestions about peripheral décor as we went through the house. She was one of the lower quotes that I received. I had my final colors all picked in a few hours (and I’m pretty picky) — other designers I spoke with said that the right selection can not be made so quickly, I would have to disagree if you have a professional on the job who is good and knows what they’re doing.
All in all an absolute gem in the normally pretentious and expensive interior designing world.

Yes, Jessie is my friend, I have known her for about 16 years. I have worked with her for maybe 8 off and on. We are both designers and will bounce stuff off of each other from time to time. Jessie is amazing, she is so excited about every job and really cares about her clients. Sometimes I think too much, like when we go to Texas and she thinks they can not live without her, but I have some clients like that so I know how she feels. Her style is very unique, yet she manages to convey the style of the clients perfectly. She gets some accessories from my shop for jobs so the clients will come in and tell me how much they love her. They all love her, that’s the line I have been hearing since we worked at the Avenue together «I love Jessie, she’s so great». If her personality doesn’t win you over (and of course it will) her ideas and her work ethic will. She is über fair, fun, kind and did I fail to mention super talented. The girl works her butt off to beautify the world one home at a time. Do me a favor if you hire her — treat her right, appreciate her talents and trust her, she will do right for you.

Jessie helped us get our new home looking great! Super easy to work with, and took great care to take our tastes into consideration.

Striking Interior Design!
Ms. Kaminski is one of the most vivacious and spirited designers and women that I know. (I should know, we started off as classmates then work associates, and friends). Her bold designs and eye for color is truly amazing. This one isn’t shy about pattern, texture or making rooms pop!
Jessie has a unique, subtle dramaticism in her style – I wish I could be as temerarious as she.
Ms. Kaminski has blossomed out of The Avenue Interiors ashes, and truly is one of the finest and talented young designers out there.
