Lameka I.

Business Owner

Lameka Ivy, a Consultant and Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Mediator with a designation in Domestic Violence, brings a wealth of experience and insight to the field of conflict resolution. She is the owner of Ivy Mediation and Consulting, LLC.

Lameka is a graduate of Bethel College with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management and a graduate of Strayer University’s MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She was a Postal Service employee for 19 years with the last 3 years as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist in the Equal Employment Opportunity department. She is also a member of the Greater Memphis Chamber, SHRM, Memphis Bar Association ADR section, Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and Medi​ate​.com.
