Did not have a good experience with the salesman assigned to me when trying to purchase a QX80 vehicle. He was young, inexperience and condescending. He kept going to different managers to request permission to get closer to the price I wanted. The process end up being really disorganized. Manager A offered me something but it was not what I was looking for so i decided to look elsewhere. My salesman told me that he wanted my business and asked me to talk to manager B. Without knowing all the details of the manager A offer, he offered a better deal than manager A. My salesman was visibly upset at the new offer; it was clear that he receives more incentive by selling the car for the highest price possible. To finalized, the general manager did not approve what was offered to me by the manager and the sale man told me to go to other dealers in a very unprofessional manner. Then he turned around and left me, my wife and our baby in the lobby, i had to walk to his office and gather my belonging. There was no thank you or any signs of courtesy extended. To finalized, he saw me leaving and told me to peace out.

Where to begin! The showroom is spacious but doesn’t have that feel of a car dealership. You feel almost like its spa time and you’re waiting your turn with a bottle of water placed in easy reach. No stress, no pressure. These folks really want to sell you a great car — and they do make sacrifices for their customers. When my license plate arrived, I got a voice mail from my sales rep. I went by and he wasn’t there but it seemed no hassle at all for another rep to volunteer to not get the plate for me, but to get it and put it on my car. When I got my car, I did what I’ve only done once before — bought tire insurance. Good thing. The car wasn’t two weeks old when I got a nail in the rear driver tire right where the treads meet the tire wall. I called Infiniti Personal Assistant (Ask about this service!) who connected me to roadside assistance to get the tire changed to the spare and then drove by the dealership after work. I told my problem and they didn’t ask questions. Just pull around to service. They checked the tire and, with no objection at all, had a brand new tire on my car within 15 minutes. These folks really EARN the moniker — BEST car dealership in Memphis. Great job, IoM. You couldn’t have made me happier.

In October 2013 I got my brakes done for $ 700 I got new rotors done new brakes and pads done to my car January 18, 2014 Four months later I moved to Miami and my car was having the same issue So I called my friends from Infinity Of Memphis And told him that I’m having the same issue with my brakes and my rotor And I thought that my brakes one warranty Because I was told that my brakes had a one-​year warranty New brakes are costing me $ 1000 So I called my so-​called friends out of Memphis Tennessee Infinity Of Memphis That the Florida INFINITY is charging me $ 1000 and I’m trying to get under warranty They said that my Warranty expired and it’s only been four months So be prepared everybody to get cheated by Infinity Of Memphis If they tell you it’s under warranty make sure you get paperwork from them I have my paper but it didn’t improve anything to them I wish I had a Honda Or Kia better than the infinity it’s my fault for wanting to buy quality car with the trash service Or should I say fake service. I will never ever buy an infinity in my life my family I will never service my car by infinity of Memphis I’d rather do it in a beat up garage and know that I’m not being cheated for the warranty or for my money. I promise everyone this is a true story I’m not making anything up I don’t want you to be another victim of the infinity Cheat I wish I can put no star that’s how serious I am about Infinity Of Memphis
