Harding Academy of Memphis

If you are looking for a school that provides an excellent education, where the teachers CARE about the kids (in EVERY aspect), students learn to respect everyone, there is a sense of family, everything is done to glorify our Lord, and students learn how to «Walk through their Life», then this school is for you. They also have great sports and arts programs where they will help the student excel to their highest potential; but they are not going to sell out the rest of their mission for a winning team or producing the next rock star. You will need to look elsewhere for that and there are schools in the area that will help you with those goals. But, if you are more concerned with producing an educated Christian, then this is THE school. Are they perfect… no but, being aware of the extent of the problems at other private schools, you could do a lot worse than here. Our child would be home-​schooled before being sent to ANY other school in the area.
Misty, If you had bothered to look, you would have found a Harding preschool location closer to the Macon Road Preschool, than the one you reviewed. The Harding preschool your review addresses, has been closed. The ‘closer’ location is where my child started school at 2-​years old. She is getting ready to graduate with a weighted GPA of 4.79 and be sought after by so many universities and colleges, I cannot keep track.

BEST OF PREPS 2010 and 2011. All new Chemistry LAB that is far better than those at any of the College labs within a 200 mile radius. Teachers who care about students knowledge of reading, writing, and right from wrong with a Christ centered focus.

This location provides a preschool, elementary and high school. My experience was with the preschool. Since I also had a child at the Macon Road location I did not like this location as much. The facilities and staff were not as good as Macon and the price is the same. If given a choice I would choose the Macon location.
