Great alternative to home depot or lowes with much cheaper prices on hand tools. Picked up some good stuff this weekend during their parking lot sale. Only downside is the drive here from where i live. There is a home depot very close to me so if i ever need to make a quick run to the hardware store its much easier for me to go to homedepot. As for service, when i went all the cashiers were there. Then again it was an advertised day and a lot of people came looking for deals. They also need to get more shopping carts. It took me a while to find a cart and the one i got did not have a handle

Prices and tools are fine but service lacks. I always have one cashier and there’s always a long line. Currently I’ve Been standing in line for over 10 minutes. Cashier is currently on phone with warranty company regarding someone’s purchase. Why can’t they just open another line!!! Killing me.
