In 1963, nearly half a century ago, we opened our doors for business. In that time, we’ve grown from managing local multifamily properties in Memphis, TN, to a full– service company directing all facets of multifamily apartment communities in multiple regions of the country. Today, we garner national recognition and respect as Fogelman Management Group (FMG) — one of the country’s largest privately owned aparment management firms. FMG’s headquarters remains in our hometown of Memphis, but with the help of our team and our clients– we’ve grown– adding 14 states and employing more than 500 full time associates while opening four regional offices along the way.

History

Established in 1963.

In 1963, Fogelman Management Group («FMG») began a proud tradition of providing the highest level of multifamily property management services. Over the past 50 years, FMG has grown from a small local management firm to one of the country’s largest and most respected privately-​owned operators of multifamily apartment communities.

FMG is headquartered in Memphis, TN, with regional operational offices located in Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Houston, TX; and Kansas City, KS. FMG’s clients include a mix of institutional property owners as well as privately held investment entities. The company has more than 500 full-​time associates.
