I opened an account with this bank after getting a part time job with FedEx Express. After opening the account, I changed my other job’s direct deposit to use my new FECCA account. I used the account information that was written on a small business card, wrapped in an orange debit card holder. Things were fine for four or so months. My direct deposits were available without any problems. Then recently I received a letter stating they were having problems with the direct deposit. I took the letter into work, gave it to HR and was told that it would take a few weeks for the changes to come into effect. Next payday came, and my money was nowhere to be seen. I called in and was told the money had been sent back to my employer. It was not my fault I was initially given the wrong information, and it was pretty crazy that there were not any problems for four months, but now there was suddenly an issue, and instead of calling me, they chose to just screw me over when I was trying to fix a problem that they created. Oh well. Good luck if for some reason you want to use them for your banking needs.
