Very picky and don’t even care about who you are or if your future looks bright — they only rely on your credit score to determine if you are worthy of renting the sub-​par properties. Other companies ask for statements, personal references, and consider all of your income. EPM only looks at one credit score and discounts your rating with the other agencies. If you are not perfect, look elsewhere. And, if you are perfect, why are you renting?

They are the best. I have 5 rental properties. They have been my property management for the last 5 years. All the staffs are professional. Aaron does a great job manage the company. They let me know before any problems arrive. If there is vacancies, they get them filled almost immediately. I recommend them without any reservation.
