Einsteins still lives up to its reputation: excellent Bagel sandwiches. This location in the UT Health Center is no different. We had their lochs&bagel with all the condiments. Really tasted good! Service was great, too. Those folks make a super good sandwich.

Einstein Bros is located inside the UT plaza building. It’s one of the dining options inside and I grab a bagel there once in a while.
The bagels are the usual einstein quality and I’ve had a few bagel sandwiches there. Beware of their BLT with avocado — I’ve ordered it once and surprisingly bit into a hard, crunchy material (not the bacon; it was raw avocado).
