Two thumbs down. Do not«bother» staff for assistance. Professionalism is non-existent. Attitude, attire and unappreciative employment status needs major improvement. I used to shop this store often even though the shelves are usually messy. This store no longer exists to me.

So I was looking for stuff for my new kittens and figured the dollar store would be just good a place as any to find useful things. I didn’t really find what I needed, but the store was organized and the staff was very welcoming and asked me several times if I was finding everything I needed. Something that made me a little worried when I went inside was a sign that said«Park at your own risk.» I made sure I could see my car at all times and that my GPS was stashed. However, I never felt comfortable shopping while worrying about my car, so I only stayed in a moment. Being new to Memphis, I wasn’t sure if I should heed the warning of the sign or just ignore it. I decided to err on the side of caution and popped in and out very quickly!

So I’m a bit of a shopaholic and when I don’t want to spend a ton of money then I’ll get my shopping bug out here. They have so many cool things and everything is $ 1! Can’t beat it. They have party supplies, snacks, housewares, and really anything you can think of. So the next time you have some time to blow, then check this place out!

Debbie should be employee of the year. By far the best experience at a dollar store I’ve ever had. The staff was exceptionally helpful and exceptionally friendly. We needed around 50 wine glasses and a very nice and courteous employee names Debbie went to the back to see if they had any already boxed we could take instead of taking individual ones. They didn’t have any boxes so she went out of her way to bring us a couple empty boxes and some newspaper to wrap the glasses in. Then Debbie sat on the floor with me and helped wrap and count and package all of the glasses. After we used up all of the wine glasses there she called the other local store and made sure they had enough for us and have us directions there. That’s incredible service, and Debbie went above and beyond to help us out.
