David E. Caywood, Law Firm

It is my opinion that Mr. Caywood should consider retiring before he damages any more families. Absolutely worst courtroom performance — stunningly bad. I was embarrassed for him! Took ALL the money we had to do absolutely NOTHING. I did hours and hours of research, legwork, and other work that would typically be done by the firm. Looking back, I should have argued the case myself. I was better prepared, had all the information, and actually cared about the people involved. It was only AFTER our dealings with Caywood that we learned that a friend had a similar experience 10 years prior. Again, another family matter that left the family holding the bag. But he got his fees and, at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.

This is the worst lawyer I have ever come in contact with. He is manipulative and heartless when it comes to representing clients.
I was going through a tough divorce a few years ago and was recommended to Mr. Caywood from a friend.
Josh Wood first worked on my case and then all of a sudden, I got transferred to another lawyer in the Caywood law firm. When I asked what happened to Josh, the secretary told me he was no longer with the law firm.
However, when I spoke to my friend about the change in lawyers, she told me that Josh Wood was still representing her case.
Obviously this law firm hires a bunch of liars.
This is just one of the many instances I have had with Mr. Caywood’s law firm.
Needless to say, I will never recommend this law firm to anyone.
