He is super friendly along with the rest of the staff! They are all very knowledgable! And great at helping you locate the merchandise and or juice to suit your taste buds and needs! I highly recommend stopping by and checking out their selection! Pearchiwi is some of the best house juice!

Honestly this is the best place ever I had a malfunctioning mod that I am a huge fan of they had no more in stock, A gentleman named Chris who works at this place and believe me everyone here is awesome Chris literally reached inside of his pocket and gave me his mod that was the mod I wanted the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life he literally gave me his own personal mod to satisfy a customer that’s amazing.

I visited your place a year ago while visiting my son. I live in California, ran out of my favorite juice while visiting and found your place. Been vaping for 3 years and have seen many shops open and also close due to mainly lack of employee knowledge or lack of inventory.
When I visited Sat and a Sunday I was greeted great and was treated more like a friend then a customer. The juice I was craving they didn’t carry, it wasn’t a surprise since its hard to find in California also where I live, both days 2 different employees said no problem, we will blend you some up right now. That to me was way above the call of duty, the juice they blended in 2 minutes tasted great and was a complete duplicate from my now empty bottle.
I am back in Tennessee and am going for another visit for some custom made juice since they no longer make mine…
Will follow up this review after this visit this week.
PS, I only remember Sat it was a big guy that helped me and Sun it was a thin young guy that builds custom box mods…

Chris is the best.. He is so helpful and knows his vapes and mods and anything to do with vamping. I highly recommend using this vape shop and ask for Chris.

I don’t smoke and I don’t vape, but I was on a mission to find a unique vday gift. I don’t know if they were busy due to the upcoming (Hallmark) holiday, or if they were just understaffed, but I had to wait for what felt like an eternity. It was also a Friday afternoon around 2 pm, so I totally didn’t expect the crowd.
However, once it was my turn, the staff was amazing. I already knew I stood out like a sore thumb while standing around. Everyone puffing on their pipes, talking in a language I did not understand. I was not in the cool kids club here, but the staff did a great job of not making me feel like an idiot.
I ended up buying a gift certificate due to my complete lack of knowledge of what I needed. That wasn’t their fault, though. Apparently buying someone vapor is a lot like buying them bras and underwear. If you haven’t been poking around looking for the intimate details, you have no idea what you need.
They helped me customize my gift certificate and I left happy. I would definitely recommend this place to people who are in the cool kids vape club or anyone looking to get started.

Terrible customer service, terrible inventory management, and a very unprofessional experience. I went into this store looking for a very specific item. The guy behind the counter told me they were out of stock then proceeded to try to sell me a few more expensive vapes for several minutes, only to then tell me he was out of stock of the batteries for any of them. What a waste of time. The guy was also rude and had a very «know it all» attitude. I will never go to this location again.

I have been coming to this store for several months now and I really like it. I use to go to a different e-​cig store in town for all of my supplies but I have switched to this one. They have a really great selection of juice. The inventory of set-​up they carry is geared more toward mod users verses standard equipment users like myself. That doesn’t bother me though, I will keep coming back for the juice.
The best thing about this store is the staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to a hand full of businesses like these here in Memphis, and while traveling. I have found that, in general, the staff at these places are less than interested in helping customers. If you have questions, forget it. They are usually clueless or they just don’t give a damn. That is NOT the case at Create A Cig in Memphis. These guys are awesome and it seems like every single staff member enjoys the job.

What a terrible store with awful customer service. I stopped in to buy some juice and the guy behind the counter tells me he doesn’t have any bottles so he can’t sell me juice. He said they did have two brands but he doesn’t recommend them and I could come back tomorrow because they might have bottles. Meanwhile I look at the bottom shelf and there’s suicide bunny right there which is not a brand he named. I definitely don’t recommend because god forbid you left home without your juice and you need to buy some.

In regards to the owners comments. 1 I have not referred to anyone in this place as a female. It says he his him not she her hers. It was a heavy set white guy probably somewhere in his twenties with glasses who claimed to be the manager. A younger black guy slight fro and glasses was the one who could not answer my questions. I’m going to assume at this point you will tell either A those guys no longer work there and I should come in or B that they never did either way a friend recommended me and can actually vouch this happened he is still a regular and I was soooo enraged that he recommended me to your store that I called him and actually said «shame on you for sending me there it was awful» and let me tell you something else sir this is the 3^rd time you guys have bribed me to come back and now because you can not buy me back as a customer with free stuff I am now a liar! You are furthering my point that this place is a joke. Live with it you provide horrible customer service and harassing me for being a dissatisfied customer does not make you look any better. Live with it your staff provided horrible customer service that day almost 4 months ago now leave me alone!!! If you continue to hound people online for saying they had a bad experience your business will not survive now for the love of god leave me alone you aren’t making me feel better about your company! Also how do you know what day I was there did you really take the time to find me on the camera or are you guessing based on the day I made my review? Either way that’s crazy and ridiculous!!!

Decided to try to quit smoking so I went to create a cig and the employees were quick to great us and were very knowledgable about their products. My fiancé and I both purchased starter kits. I was very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of all the guys in there. It was also very cool that they let us sign our pack of cigarettes and put them on a wall with others. I would recommend this place to anyone go check it out.

I went to Create A Cig because I was having problems with a leaky tank and they were so helpful. Very knowledgeable and you can tell they’re serious about not only setting customers up with the right products, but educating as well. They mix their own flavors and love making up different combinations. After trying a few I got a bottle of «Breakfast of Champions» that I’m really enjoying.
There’s a huge selection of products for everyone from the first-​timers to those folks you see with the elaborate custom setups. I’ll definitely be back.

Create A Cig is now my go-​to vape store. I had become kind of fed up with Vaporwize and their shenanigans (read my review them if you want to know why) and had no idea this place existed until joining Unilocal.It’s not perfect, but good lord is it better than Vaporwize. Join me for Pros and Cons. Let’s get cons out of the way:
CONS:
— Like Vaporwize, they do their flavors using the eyeball method. Its not a huge deal, but sometimes there are slight differences in flavor when one employee tries to recreate a flavor that another made. BUT they do keep a log of custom flavors they make for you, so the difference is way less than their competitor.
— They are a little unorganized. Both times I’ve had to wait a few extra minutes while they picked up several bottles trying to find a certain flavor. Not a huge deal, but don’t expect to get in and out rapid fast.
— No visible prices. One thing VW does that CAC needs to do is have the prices for everything out in the open. I hate having to constantly ask «How much is this?»
— Prices. Their pricing is about the same as VW. Down in Florida (I dunno about anywhere else, maybe online too), liquid is more than a few dollars cheaper. But they do run weekly specials and their rewards program sends a lot of coupons and small freebie stuff.
PROS:
— The staff. These guys are FFriendly. That’s two F’s for a double dose of that friendship. Where the staff at VW seems constantly annoyed by you, the folks at CAC are super accommodating. Again, don’t go if you’re in a hurry or have somewhere to be, they will chat you up for an hour if you let them. On my first visit, Kyle was extremely patient helping me create my flavor. Which reminds me…
— Flavor creation. These guys aren’t just happy with just letting you try some premade stuff. They actively try to mix up something you will really like. Kyle mixed up various concoctions before I found what I liked and genuinely seemed to enjoy experimenting with the flavors. And if you buy some and end up not liking it, they have a 7 day return policy!
— General atmosphere. I would compare CAC to Cheers and VW to whatever the Soup Nazi’s soup kitchen was called.
That’s all I can think of at the moment. While I listed more Cons than Pros, I feel like the Pros almost negated my list of nitpicks. I highly suggest going there.

This place is fantastic! The store is so clean and the display cases are arranged step by step So that there is little confusion when you are ready to kick the stinky habit and switch to a healthier alternative! I have seen two different sales pitches, one with a step by step pricing, which can be very overwhelming, and the other with a whole package pricinge. Its a little steep to get started but the switch quickly pays for itself and then you go to saving SO MUCH MONEY!
Create a Cig has an endless amount of flavors and can make any flavor you could imagine (insert Sonics drink flavor combinations jingle here). They will sit with you and allow you to try any flavor before you buy and they have a 7 day flavor guarantee. They also have many different Vapes to choose from so that you can pick one to fit your need or lifestyle, and like everything else here, it is all customizable!
I also have to give a shout out to their customer service, in a time when that seriously lacks in our society they have definitely picked up the slack. I have never been in there where I haven’t had a pleasant experience, everyone is so patient, helpful and nice!
It’s more than just an in and out store, they encourage you to hang around, get to know the employees and the customers. They have massage chairs, giant tv with cable, drinks, game consules and details on making a healthier life with your switch. They also have a great points based loyalty system that results in FREE stuff!
